Unfortunately, I didn't have any other option but to have my script filled here because they are the only 24 hr pharmacy in town, but like every other experience that I've had at this particular pharmacy, the staff are all extremely rude, and they have complete idiots working there! I wouldn't be surprised if some of them didn't even graduate highschool! They have absolutely no experience in customer service, and the attitudes that they give you when asking a question, is outrageous! I'll never, under any circumstance, go back to this Walgreens!!

If I could give Laurie from photos department “0”, I would. My premium cards were not printed correctly and the correct envelopes were not provided to me. She raise her voice at me and was disrespectful. She even made the comment that they were free. I used the photo department all the time for photo books, posters, etc. This will be my last time in Walgreens. She even corrected the way I pronounced my name and the spelling.

Absolutely the slowest pharmacy in the country. Avoid at all costs, people lined up for literal hours with only one rude rude person running around behind the counter working store as well as drive through.

I made an error cropping a photo so I went to the store to ask for a reprint. Rose approached me and when I asked for help she very obnoxiously said " it's your fault!" I was upset by her rudeness. She has no business being in customer service or being a manager . She was totally rude and unpleasant . On the flipside, Laurie intervened and fixed my error without a fuss. She was very pleasant and efficient. Laurie is definitely an asset to your store.

This store is highly over priced on 1 item that I shop for maybe several but cigars for a 2 pk should never be 3.86 . Truly awful Red Games sweet 2 pack at this location are extremely over priced and I understand prices are going up....but not on cigars ... normally the pack at every other store say 99¢.... Not Walgreens..... This is not for the neighborhood.... They are all for themselves and they won't get none of my money my rating for this store is 0

Unbelievable poor customer service. Pharmacy messed up the last 3 prescriptions. All of a sudden my daughter can not pick up a prescription without Pharmacist permission?? Will not be using this pharmacy again.

Over an hour to pick up a medication they notified me was ready 2 hours ago. Lovely people, but the most inefficient pharmacy there is. No thought seems to be put in to how they operate.if you can go anywhere else, go there… it will be better. ANYWHERE.

45 min to take a covid test. The cashier kept saying “I’ll be back” and then disappeared for 15 minutes, came back, then was gone another 20. It took me an hour to get it done when the test itself was quick. I won’t return

The service at St Lucie West Walgreens is horrible!!! Waited 1 hour for a prescription and then left store because line did not move. Went back next day and waited for 1 and 1/2 hours to get prescription. Drive through closed both days. Do Not Recommend this Walgreens. Also, staff rude.

I was having the worst day yesterday and the pharmacy staff was so polite and helpful. So whoever the sweet lady working the inside pharmacy register, Thank you for being so nice. It was definitely appreciated. It was at approximately 6pm on 5/14/2022. I wished I would have gotten your name.
