Staff seems nice, but incredibly slow. Appointment, no appointment you will wait well past the allotted estimated time. I signed in and was told a 19 min wait. 20 min later it was updated to another 22 min wait. After another 30 min I was seen. Last time there I saw more people come out than go in, and that was including a worker going into the back. Not a lot of privacy for room one since they never close the door and you can see right in when you are in the waiting room.

Horrible service. Walk in appointment, estimated wait 45 minutes. An hour and a half later and I'm still waiting. No status board (they had a tv screen that showed wait times the last time I was here). Supposedly, I'll get a text when it's my turn. No one is in a hurry, no one seems to care about the dozen or so people overflowing the lobby area and waiting more than twice as long as initially told. Don't be fooled that this lab is conveniently licated in Wal-mart. I won't be back. Go somewhere else, anywhere else, for your labs.

Rudest people in saint lucie….sign says to check in on the kiosk but kick you out when you do. Smh

Whoever works the lunch shift is ridiculously rude!!! & when you give sass back she thinks it’s funny to be rough. What are thee odds she discarded my lab work!?!? I wouldn’t be surprised my lads don’t show o line normally they are up within 24hrs. No one had work ethics anymore

I arrived at Quest (on a Thursday) for routine bloodwork, as a walk-in. I arrived a few minutes before 7 am and left before 7:30, so from start to finish it took less than 30 minutes. The lab tech, Gina, was awesome! She was very friendly and the process was quick and fairly painless. My only complaint is that the area on my arm above the injection site is sore, which I’m assuming was caused by the tourniquet. Besides that, it was a positive experience!

They tell you you're able to wait in your car and then send you a text... only to then skip you, calling your name before you can get to their door, then continue to call others listed after you on the list- even when they know you are there inside.

If I could give no stars I would but please Go somewhere else it will save you so much time. Got there before appointment time signed in got a text to come back. Got there still waited for nearly another 30 min. Then notice my name never on the list resigned in as a walk in. At this point I'm frustrated lady walks in we're not doing walk in only appointments. I had one but my QR code didn't work. On top of that the Dr who does the drug test was even leaving early. Mind you my appointment was at 9:45. Horrible horrible customer service. So no walk ins, only appointments smh

Today I brought my autistic son in to get get bloodwork. They were alittle busy and that was fine. I asked the girl who worked there if they were taking walk ins and she said yes. So I sign my sons name...she said about 45 mins. So we walk around the store. I bought him a bloodwork gift for having to go through this.....I go back 45 minutes later and another women crossed his name off and said appts only!!! With a nasty attitude. I said so the other girl lied to me? I wanted to cry I get you may have had a stressful morning but you don't know how hard ir is for me to get my son to have bloodwork done. Aluttle nicer lady!!! And ide appreciate it if I wasn't lied to agian! Rant over. Thanks for nothing

The staff in this establishment were very kind to my son and i, I will also add the simple fact that she made the blood draw he had quick n painless and that always an A+ in this moms book, thank you!

Both my husband and I went to get our bloodwork done yesterday. March 7th. The mask mandate was lifted by our President the week prior. I am not sure of the employees name, but when my husband simply held the mask up while getting his bloodwork, the employee taking his blood did not object. When finished one of your employees verbally attacked my husband. After he left, and she didn't know his wife was still there, she broke every HIPPA law in place, complaining of him putting elderly and children at risk and being selfish. She did not have anything to do with my husband and had no business discussing him loudly enought that not only every employee heard her, but everyone getting their own bloodwork. Will never go back to this unprofessional quest diagnostics again and will certainly share our experience with anyone who asks. Breaking HIPPA is a huge deal. She could get into very real trouble if we decide to follow up on this.
