Terrible experience. We had an appointment for 2 at this place and the lady at the desk told us to pick a nail color. She was extremely rude when we asked to switch the color. She then continued and gave my sister a pedicure and continued to get aggravated when my sister could not hear because she was talking through a mask. She then did a no chip manicure on her nails. The polish was no good, and kept bubbling and messing up. She continued to get an attitude and even called us many slurs including the n-word. Would not recommend and would not go back. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

I originally read the reviews about this salon and decided to give it a try. However, three times I "walked-in" and three times I was treated like "How dare you just walk-in." Today, I did look on the website and saw that this particular time was NOT busy so I took my third chance as a walk-in. I was told to come back for the third time but as the times before, never given a time to come back or explained that they would "prefer" appointments. It was only by again reading the reviews that I got the message! So I went down the street to the usual salon where "walk-in" customers are welcome and came out just as happy as I had before. No fourth time for me!

Had a appointment with the person I always go to. Told me I didn't have a appointment and that's for regulars....been goin there over 5 yrs! Never again....second time it happened!!!

Friendly staff, but my $40.00 fill in was not only sloppily done, but the powder used was a rubber consistency. The sides of my nails were not filed properly, leaving dry acrylic/rubber on my skin. Service: Acrylic nails

I’ve been coming to Trend Nails for years now. They are always able to schedule at the client’s convenience. Ken does a great job and has fantastic attention to detail! He takes his time to make sure that every aspect of your service is perfect! Kevin is also wonderful! Everyone at Trend is so nice and great at nails! I always look forward to coming here, relaxing, & getting my nails done!! :) Services: Pedicure, Manicure

Kevin is the best. He does mine and my moms nails. He is very patient and does a wonderful job. He tried to fit everyone in to his schedule even when he is completely booked.

I was a walk in. They fit me in right away with a really sweet lady. She took her time and was doing a really great job and I planned on giving her a great tip. About 10 minutes into my manicure, the owner stood behind her and acted impatient. He asked if I wouldn't mind him finishing. I told him that was ok. He brought me to the front where he complained about how slow she is and that he couldn't watch her working so slow anymore. I told him she was doing a great job. He said he didn't care and that she had an appointment to take. I'm really not sure why he couldnt have taken that appointment instead of interrupting a really great manicure and letting her finish. He haphazardly finished my nails and treated me like part of his assembly line. Many times he was interrupted by customers and the phone ringing. I told him I'd pay more for someone who would take their time. He didnt seem to care about that comment or my preferences at all. I finally told him how he treats his employees would be a huge reason for me to come back or not because "I wouldn't want to support a place where the boss is a jerk." He had nothing to say. The lady did my right hand, and the boss did my left hand. Ive got nail polish under my nails on the left hand and the right hand is perfect. I'd only go back there was a way i could pay the lady and not the boss.

I always love my nails every time I come here. Ken is the BEST manicurist ! AWESOME doin my no chip/cat eye mani and he's very gentle on my feet !!! Messages on feet and hands are phenomenal too!! Every one there are very friendly!! Kevin, Kristy are very amazing too!!!
