Would not recommend Took my polish off my fingers as soon as I got home. Pedicure was sloppy and nails not cut even. Bye bye $60 and Pro Nails. Won’t be back. Services: Pedicure, Manicure

My no chip manicure separated off the next day. No joke! The nail technician recommended that I put thin layer of acrylic just over my nail tip because they where not strong enough. So I went for it and the next day it started separating off my natural nail. I don’t recommend this nail salon. Service: Manicure

So I asked for no-chip French tips and regular pedi! I got 4 fingers cut! I was bleeding, under the white tip there was blood and excessive gel powder, and it was hurting and burning like crazy! The lady put 2 tips on top of each other bc I said the first one is crooked she couldn’t take it off because she put soo much glue that my finger got stuck to hers! I could see the 2 tips on top of each other and the bottom one was still crooked. The pedicure was so unclean! French nails not even, filing not even, so thick and smooshed! When I told her Why 2 tips she said because one of ur thumbs is bigger than the other! And this is the only way to fix it! Literally trash! Paid 80$ and left. They didn’t care if I wasn’t satisfied, but guess what called my bank for a dispute bc they don’t deserve a penny! Services: Pedicure, Gel manicures, Manicure

I went for a pedicure today I have very dry heels they charged me extra because they say it’s too much work . They cut my toe nails uneven they didn’t clean under my toe nails , they had no kind of soap in the water , the massage for my legs was quick and non soothing. When I got home I had to re file my toe nails and I had to shave off a lot of leftover dry skin that they didn’t do even though I paid extra . I won’t be back not great quality work at all !!!!

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I would do 0 stars if I could. Went there with my own beautiful nails and left with thinned out, strange shaped, different length nails. Polish was applied sloppy and 1 eyebrow is completely shorter to the other. When I mentioned my nails completely bend in half after she filed them down to nothing and then she started applying powder and when I said I don't want that she shoved my finger in the powder. Only did that with 1 nail. I literally cried when I got in my car. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

1/16/19 asked if they could do my nails like a picture I showed. Most places turn me away at the door if they don’t specialize in what I’m asking for. The lady the lady said she could do them. Simple white powder and one metallic nail with rhinestones at the bottom like the picture I showed. My nails came out crooked. My actual nail bed was still exposed on the sides of my nails. She threw threw the rhinestones on my nails in any old way. It was close to closing and I’m not a problematic person. But that’s not what I intended on paying for at all. It didn’t say no refunds on the receipt or anywhere in the store. I sat there and waited for an hour to finally get my money back because she blamed the terrible nail job on my choice of white powder vs a no chip. And she didn’t even fully cover my 2 nails in the metallic dust.

I went in today for a full set and pedicure me and a friend, the owner of the shop refuse to service me and my friend. But as soon as more people came in she took them frirst and told us to come back later. The people explain to her we don't have a appt she still took them first. Their was discrimnation right in our face I felt really bad but this isnt the first this hapoen I blew it off but now I see it is getting worst. This must be told.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! Cindy the owner is very nice and funny. Tiffany my technician does an exceptional job and is very conscientious. She strives to do a perfect job every time for both my nails and pedicures. She is so pleasant and funny. Gets the whole place laughing. I love the camoradarie after a long day at work and need a little TLC. Their prices are not any higher than other salons based on the quality of work and products she carries and uses. I have been to MANY salons since moving to Orland Park and in my personal experience this place is better than most. They have new and fresh polishes as well which the others used to water down theirs with nail polish remover and my no chip would peel within a couple days of having my nails done. I recommend and have other friends who now call this salon home.

It literally pains me to do this, because I have been going to this salon for soo long and I sincerely like the people here, but, things have changed. The massages are shorter, the work is not as prestine as it once was, and some have a deaf ear and do what they want. I have not been happy coming here for quite a while now but I keep going back for the simple fact that its been my place for so long and I keep saying to myself that I'm going to give them one more chance. The last pedicure I got was absolutely nothing short of horrendous. It was a girl I never had before so forgive me for not knowing her name, but she did not listen to 1 thing I wanted. She did her own thing and completely ignored my requests, and on top of that, buffed and burned the skin on 2 of my toes with the nail buffer. I'm sure she clearly saw what she did, as they were red and stinging the rest of pedicure, but offered no apology. I had abrasions on 2 of my toes for a week. If you do happen to go, Amy and Lynn are the best at pedicures, so I would ask for one of them. Cindy is a wonderful woman but I can't keep paying (and tipping) for services I am no longer happy with : (
