Sure it's nowhere as fancy as a regular Best Buy store but it's a straightforward and simple layout. There is a large selection of appliances and a small section for TVs. There will be more variety as they get more inventory from other locations. I did have to go to the front desk to get someone to help me, but there were at least 3 associates available. I ended up getting a great deal on a LG Nanocell TV which I'm very happy with. LG makes amazing TVs.

Ussually I get pretty great service at best buy. I will go there and pay more just for it. But this specific location was not on par. Their employees were not very helpful. I had to wait about 30 minutes to get help. When I got help they told me to go to a different area. When I went over there I was ignored at first by the employees. It was a terrible experience and if I didn't know best buy had other locations with good service I probably wouldn't go ever again. Best Buy Melrose park I would advise to stay away from.

I bought a tv March 20 with three day sale waited for my scheduled technician i ordered to install tv on wall , when he came he discovered the tv in the box wasn't the the one I bought it was older model and cracked screen missing remote and wires I called best buy they said I can't do nothing I called Vizio they said I couldn't do nothing , I got robbed by an employee or customer who returned regardless this box shouldn't have been sold as new to me my next step is making a police report , I'm stuck with a tv I never purchased , and they won't do nothing for me this is wrong I should of gone to Costco stay away from best buy appliances. Especially this place. I got robbed by lack of employee checking what they sell or return not acceptable I will be filling a report with channel 5 and BBB I need help best buy needs to investigate this as the total was over $500

I frequent this Best Buy pretty often. Usually use the store pickup option. Employees are always nice, attentive and prompt. I literally will be in and out of there in 5 mins.

I purchased a dryer and washer here and I am extremely upset with my experience. I purchased an open-box dryer and a new washer. I thought open-box items are supposed to function properly and they’re just cheaper because of cosmetic defects. I waited two weeks to have them delivered. I paid someone to install my washer and dryer. I put in a some clothes to wash to try them out. The washer works perfectly since it’s new, but I came to find out the dryer doesn’t work. It doesn’t heat up at all. My clothes never dried!! I think this dryer should have been checked first to make sure it worked properly before sending it to me. The same day I found out it didn’t work I called Best Buy to return it and bought a new dryer instead, but now I have to wait another 3 weeks for my new dryer!! To top it off I am stuck with wet clothes that never got dried. Please watch out when you’re buying open-box items in this Best Buy. Very unpleasant experience.

The only big box electronics store I shop at. They always have what I’m looking for and the staff is well trained and very helpful. Their “price matching” policy can really keep prices down. When combined with their mobile app everything is quick and convenient. Personally, I have no need to go anywhere else.
