The girl did a disaster hair cut to my daughter . I would do a better job than she did. I showed her a picture of how to cut her hair , but she made it too shorter. And it was not even I am very very disappointed i counldnt do n anything just leaving the salon.I would never ever go back to their salon. Service: Haircut

Cut my hair very unevenly. If I could post a photo I would. Went in today for a cut and some long layers, she didn’t blow out or straighten my hair so I can home and straightened it and the layers are not even at all. Very chunky, not blended. She was very careless on how she cut my hair. Now I’m going to have to pay more somewhere else to get it fixed. Not worth your time if you have thick hair. Service: Hairstyling

My daughters hair is way shorter than I asked. Not only that but the layers are so choppy and uneven. looks like my daughter found a pair a scissors and did it herself. She’s 7 and sat perfectly still the whole time. No excuse for this horrible cut.

If I could give this 0 stars I would.. Absolutely the WORST service I have ever received. All three ladies at work were so rude, not friendly at all and give attitude for no reason! Made me feel very uncomfortable and I will never walk into this place again! Service: Haircut

I happen to be a black person with long hair; just wanring some aimple layers. The first thing I was asked is if it was mine. I just said no and left. If I were any other color, I would I be asked that? Figue out another way to convey you don't cut extensions. Post a sign or something.

I'm not a fancy haircut kinda guy. I get my hair cut usually once every year or so. It grows real long and I look like a hippie, the staff says "really!? You want to cut that much off?" And I say, yes, I do, because I enjoy the idea of new people at work not recognizing me for a few months. This is the place to experience that yourself. Cheers.

First time there, went around 9:30. I get it was early, but...I got a haircut, my hair was still a little damp, go home, shower, run errands, get strange looks. Go home look in the mirror and the person forgot to cut one side of my hair. Legit not even kidding. One side is 2 inches, the other she left 5-6 inches. Do I go back, ask for a refund? I have pics of proof
