When there’s a line in the bank and only 2 tellers, I expect to see someone open another window. Just like in a grocery store. I don’t need someone walking around with a tablet asking everybody in line what they’re here for. I need a teller, not middle management asking dumb questions. Once again, a BofA branch with too many managers & not enough tellers!

If I could leave a 0, I would. I made a deposit of 1800 to the ATM and the atm broke, I immediately called the number on the machine and provided them with the information that they need. They stated this would take roughly 2 days to receive my money back. However, today my rent is due, and im being threatened by landlord and I have NO MONEY BACK yet in my account. No one is helping me, NO ONE CARES and when I went into the branch of where this happened yesterday, they were closed due to all of their systems and ATMS being down. Go figure right. They told me there is nothing that they can do anyway. I am a customer of 16 years and this is the treatment that I get. I am a single mom, and this is completely wrong.

The atm is shut down and the bank is closed almost everyday. Barely a functional location. As for the bank itself, they basically charge you for being poor, as in you have to pay fees if your account is ever below a certain amount.

The managers of this company, especially at this particular branch, have absolutely no clue whatsoever. That's why they have one teller & a line stretching to the front door yet again, right on cue, as I unfortunately have to go into BoA to conduct business every month. What did Garbagoogle say was the average time spent here during this particular time of day? 15min? Hilarious!

It always a nightmare going inside this bank. Always have one teller. This is why I never want to open a bank account with them. Phone line customer service is bad too. They don't care about their customers.

Why does this bank have one teller working, there is 6 people in line, and the bankers are on computers, those that are with clients and not seeing if there’s anything that clients in line needs. This bank is always slow. What is being done to get service working more fluently here? Not to exaggerate at all, but it is always like this when I come to this location. I worked in Banking at PNC and every effort was made to ensure enough tellers were available to take clients. It’s been like this a long time here, and it seem nothing is being done. I like to be in one place and not be all over, this is the only reason I stick with Bank of America😳 This is Bad.

So I tried to open an account online and got this message.. We're sorry but we're unable to open your Bank of America account(s) online because we had trouble verifying your identity. However we can help you open your account at a local financial center. What to bring with you Please bring two forms of identification with you, such as: Government-issued photo ID (for example, a valid driver's license, identification card or passport) Social Security card Major retail store credit card. Upon arrival at the st. Lucie west branch, I asked one of the employees where can in and she said to me, have a seat and someone will be with you to signed you in, 30 minutes later the guy help a customer whom did not have an appointment and when he got to me and I showed him the email. He stated that they would be unable to help me because it would take an hour or so open an account at the branch and I would have to set an appointment and because they only had one banker working today..if you're going to implement that everyone needs an appointment, that should be across the board, don't pick and chose who you see base on their circumstances..I believe there need to be management changes at that branch.

I hate BOA so much. Waited over two hours for a notary, instead they provided services to people who checked in after me. The notary herself skipped me and called someone else. I went next door to UPS and they notarized my form in 30 seconds. I'm so glad I do my main banking somewhere else.

I am an employee of a company that does their banking with Bank of America. Last Friday I had to deposit $200 for the company. At 11:30am the line was out the door and they only had one teller working. 7 people that were waiting in line left after being so frustrated. I waited 35 minutes and had to leave to go back to work and there was still 5 people ahead of me. There were so many employees walking around doing nothing and yet NOT ONE could help the customers in line who were waiting an insane amount of time. I had to go to another Bank of America to get my transaction completed. So I wasted so much time going to two different banks. I would NEVER bank there personally...they are horrible. Worst management ever!! Who has one teller on a Friday?????
