We went in online one open lobby til 12 on Saturdays one of employees walk over to me I explained needed open new account and we was told they was only one open today. The employee responded had do appointment and Wells Fargo was open Monday through Friday didn’t apologize or offer setup appointment for us when wet online appointment section unavailable

Very slow customer service here. Ever since the branch on Hwy 28 by-pass closed you can’t get good service at any other Wells Fargo branch in Anderson. One shouldn’t have to wait over 30 minutes in the drive thru. Staff are not friendly at all. I’m glad this isn’t my bank. I only use it to make deposit for work. You couldn’t pay me to be a customer of Wells Fargo.

Wells Fargo should send out a notice to all its customers of some sorts if the freaking ATM is going to be down at whatever location......especially on the weekends when banks are closed. It would save a lot of wasted travel and frustration. Ridiculous!!

Very rude manager. She also did not step in while there were multiple people in line. The lobby had four people in line and all she could do is talk about the weekend with a coworker. Pitiful customer service.

I've never been so disappointed in a bank and its staff. What's the point of banking with a company for almost 6 years and they turn you away with no help at all. You show up to work, at least do your job while you're there.

Terrible customer service. I'm from Georgia working in Anderson SC. We have been here working for the last month, month and a half. My company has a (2yr) contract. Went to this establishment, to have a check cashed and deposited. I was told, they could only deposit check to my account. And, not cash. Been a Wellsfargo customer for long time. This same transaction has been done to my account on numerous occasions. Just goes to show that, I was automatically stereotyped, because of the color of my skin. Provided my ID, bank card, with all legit signatures. Granted the check was for only $97.50. This will be the, "ONE AND ONLY TIME I WILL EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. "EVER" MY MONEY IS GREEN JUST LIKE EVERYBODY ELSE IS."
