Horrible customer service from the pharmacy manager Mark. Very rude and would not let me speak. Needs a lesson in customer service. He even hung up on me.

I’m a lifelong CVS’r.. always choosing CVS over Walgreens. This location is awful. Pharmacy is super rude explaining how she needed to close for lunch rather then checking to see if I needed other refills. Seriously, you have no one to cover the register during lunches ?? I have RA super painful to get out, this why I have 90 day refills. She told me to go home and “call back” to check. Thus requiring another trip!! Guess time to switch Pharmancy’s. Sad day :((

I go here often just to quickly pick up things I need. Every time the employees are friendly and I never have to wait long in line. Always in and out!

I haven't been in CVS in a while and am so happy I went there today! Lots of sales, great prices...lots and lots of everything! Nice card selection, cosmetics, haircare, baby section, perfume, candy, snacks, pharmacy....and on and on...really nice staff. Super friendly and clean well maintained stores...at all their locations. I really like CVS. Wonderful place to go....

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been too! They tell you something is on back order and can't tell you when they will have it in stock... they never offer to check into things for you...my doctor's office was aggravated with them because they can't give you info when medicine will be off back order.....then I was told my insurance didn't cover my other medicine when I was picking up what they filled in the drive thru...not very friendly or helpful shame on CVS they are all giving this kind of help 😱🤔🙄😤😳🤯🖕🏽🖕🏼

The staff is rude. I was cut off and hung up on by the pharmacy while inquiring about my diabetes medication that I have to wait for cvs to order every month when it's time for my refill. I think I may have to move my business to mail order.

The one star review is for the pharmacy. I had just got out of the ICU after having complications due to brain surgery and I couldn't take any over the counter pain meds because it would have caused bleeding in the brain.. my surgeon sent in 2 weeks supply of pain meds..this pharmacy lied to me and said there was no meds sent in. So I went through severe pain.. it wasn't until a week after I got out of the hospital they decided to fill them.. I called the surgeron they said it was sent in the day I got out.. this pharmacy should be ashamed of themselves for treating everyone like pill heads

I’m pretty sure this store is expecting this review. This location was my primary until a few months back when I had an issue. The issue was major enough for me to switch to a different pharmacy 20+ min away but not major enough to deprive my child of his meds. The pediatrician just happened to send the prescription to this location and I didn’t bother to correct it. Priorities right? BIG MISTAKE. When providing basic information they inform me they can’t fill the prescription because my sons insurance expired. This makes no sense and of course they tell me it’s the insurance company’s fault and I need to deal with them. Still confused they print out a screenshot of the information being provided to them and it’s 100% clear they are pulling information from 2020 but no it’s the insurances fault. The insurance was fine, he’s covered and the company was trying to tell the staff this but they wouldn’t take my phone or pick up theirs to talk to them. It took over an hour to get this through to them and correct their records because In the end it was the pharmacy’s fault, they had incorrect information entered into their system. In all, staff was rude, wouldn’t talk to me directly or respond when I asked basic questions like the store phone number and zip code. They didn’t apologize or own up to their own mistake and lastly they took their time fulfilling the prescription. I have never met a group of such arrogant, pompous people because of the “power”they believe to have. Please go to a local pharmacy where you matter and someone takes the time to help you. I currently have one where the owner will personally call me and I have no plans to go back.
