Waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes at the speaker, waiting for my order to be taken. Then waited another 4 to 5 minutes for the vehicle in front of me to get all of his order. We then waited another 12 minutes at the window to get our order. Drove home with the 3 piece order, and ended up throwing away all 3 pieces which were horribly undercooked. This Popeyes location should be shut down. Horrendous experience and a waste of money!!!!

This location has really good chicken and the staff are very friendly. However the number of staff working various now and you can have a long wait in line both in the drive-through and walking in. Whomever owns this franchise should take some money and fix the drive thru speaker. Chicken has to be made to order, so the line is incredibly slow when the speaker isn't working. I always have a miserably long wait here. I don't blame the workers, there's a labor shortage and they are doing what they can, but the owner seems completely absentee.

This location is terrible! Avoid at all costs! Never have food ready to serve and if you're delivering for Doordash I'd recommend not picking up the order unless you enjoy waiting 40 min for the food. This location needs a revamp if thats even possible!

Customer service sucks at the drive thru, order taker walked away when asked a question "do you have shrimp today?" But instead put shrimp inside of a box where kept telling him was not done ordering, orders was not done right as well waiting almost 1 hour at the drive thru, FOOD WAS NOT HOT AT ALL!!!!, Next time will go inside in person when i go back will do orders ar the register making the the order is CORRECT AND HOT!!

Popeyes isnt dumb, I'm dumb for going to popeyes. Ordered a 3 piece with mashed potatoes and got 3 wings with some nasty mashed potato/red beans and rice combo. Why cant this city have a decent fast food restaurant

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER TO EVER ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION IN COVINGTON, KY! Me and 4 of my Co-workers ordered from there today with delivery by Door Dash and NOTHING IN OUR ORDER WAS CORRECT! Even the chicken that was "supposed" to be spicy was DRY and had NO seasoning on it! As long as I've been eating Popeyes, this is literally THEEE WORST experience with their food that I've ever had! Save your money....DON'T DO IT!!!!

Worst business on the planet. Been there 4 times trying to pick up orders and have never left with a customers food. Sat in drive thru for 35 minutes for one order because dining room was closed, only to be told when I got to the window that they weren't doing Doordash orders. I guess using a computer is to complicated to notify our company so drivers don't waste time and lose money. They need to fire that whole crew and start over with people willing to at least do their job at bare minimum. It's fast food not architecture. Disgrace to Popeyes brand. SOMEONE PLEASE SAVE THIS PLACE.

Worst fast food drive through experience I've ever had. Gave me attitude because I had a coupon. 40 minutes for food through the drive through. conditions did not look sanitary. I usually dont post negative reviews but this place needs some work

Worst fast food experience of my life. I went through the drive through at 6pm July 5th and was greeted through the speaker by a man that’s was seemingly having the worst day of his life. Instead of letting us order from the start he interrupted us to explain that he wanted this experience to be as simple and smooth as possible because he had been given nothing but attitude all day. He threatened to start cursing the next time someone in the drive through gave him attitude essentially warning us to behave. After I ordered the first item he took a few moments to put it in the system and assumed I was done. After asking to add the second item he continued to complain and said he didn’t want to get fired from his job but that he was at his whits end. We were honestly scared at the window while we waited for our food. Never eating here again.
