My favorite chicken and my favorite coleslaw. Service is fast and food is hot - if it's supposed to be. The coleslaw is not hot. Easy to get in to and out of. The staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when I place very specific, annoying orders. They always have get my order correct.

Staff is rude, they always ask what sauces u want but never give them to you. Constantly messing up our order. They once recently forgot a whole combo and was rude to my boyfriend because I sent him in to get it. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend unless u want them to forget your side or even your whole meal. Go to the one in Ashland. They are much better.

Tried to use the drive thru.They are crazy rude and act like you being there is a problem. There is no easy way to eat there they will make it weirdly difficult every single time. They made us get our order Inside and it’s is as greasy in there as the food. One of the worst kfc locations.

Only one I have found that still serve chicken livers! I have traveled a lot and have checked and called around to find another kfc with chicken livers and cannot seem to find any others. Thank goodness I can get them here when I travel back home.

Way over price waited at the drive thru to ask them and no one had a idea and the management was rude definitely going to be a long time before going back

The guy at the speaker was so rude. And didn’t know the menu. Told him to give me one sec I was looking for something and not even 5 full seconds later asked if I was done. Acted like he just smoke 3 blizzies before coming in.

Never ever have they got chicken pot pies be a 25 minute wait evertime,,chicken was soggy,greasy,larger pieces not done

I have noticed that Route 5 and US 23 just got an easier access and exit on the corner there from the Road Department. I hope the Personnel who did the work there was treated with a little extra in Their bucket. I know it sure is a lot easier getting in and out of there when I do my orders now when I go see my Son who lives in Ashland. Whereas I like all the way in Greenup which does not seem to be a very far piece to travel. Only when You travel that same road every other day or every week, it kind of needs to be broken up with stops on the way. That's what makes traveling so fun. Kid-friendliness: They have a Kid Friendly aptmosfier and I believe They even have a Kid's Menu. Plus what Child does not want to go to KFC. LoL Parking: They seem to have ample parking for the size and the location. Who ever planned out that place did an awesome job. Wheelchair accessibility: I'm a Service Connected Disabled Marine Combat Veteran. I have plenty of room to get around the handicap areas. But I mainly save those places for the people in wheelchairs that need the spaces and not wanting the spaces for a fast pick up and get out. That is meant for the drive through so use it. Thank You.

KFC is a middle of the road option at a relatively affordable price. The service was ok and friendly, but unfortunately they got my order messed up. Even after me specifically asking if they made sure it was how I ordered it.

I love KFC, I go there quite a bit and the food is amazing,the famous bowl is my favorite or wing dinner,but sometimes we mix it up with gizzards, drive thru crew is the best,if you need a delicious meal go straight to KFC
