There is an appalling lack of customer service and competence within this Russell Road, Russell, KY location. On two occasions within a six week period, Spectrum's main customer service number directed me to go to this local office, once to pick up equipment and once to return equipment that was mistakenly sent to me. Each time I asked for confirmation that the office location would be able to help me before making time from my schedule to drive there. Both times when I arrived, the local workers told me that they could not and would not fulfill the task, even though agents at the main customer service number had assured me they would. They also tried to cast blame on the headquarters for referring me to them in the first place---utterly and completely unprofessional. On both occasions I was there, there were at least 3-4 workers and no more than one other customer, sometimes none. After these visits, it's easy to see why. In the future, if I cannot fulfill my needs through the main customer service number, online, or by mail, I will look for a new service provider.

Deserves a ZERO STAR RATING!! Absolutely terrible customer service! Refused payment bc of disability, making it even worse was his passive aggressive attitude of avoiding eye contact while hiding behind the tiny monitor. CSR was blatantly rude and discriminating despite trying to educate about condition. Since this is how CS operates by treating a long time Spectrum customer. When asked for employee name and ID #, I was told it wasn’t my business, so I cancelled the account. And certainly won’t be further subjected to this level of small-minded disrespect by returning receivers to this location. This situation is a good reflection of the current standard for ineptness & lack of professionalism by their CSRs & within the company as a whole due to having the lion’s share of the market for the area. BUYER BEWARE!!! Don’t compromise in choosing good reception or good business practices!

This place is a joke we cancelled our TV service w them took the device back and the guy tells me he can't give me a receipt for it. He tells me if I want a receipt take it to the UPS store um NO I was told to bring it to you all and get a receipt. He would not give me a receipt.The customer service ppl told me to get a receipt from them so I come home and call customer service and they tell me they should be given ppl receipt so they had to document where I took device back just a big run around.This place down here in Russell is just awful.

Most of the people working there are not friendly or helpful if you are there for cable reasons. Not sure what happened to the ones that used to work there. They were always pleasant and helpful. Seems once they started selling phones their customer service for other services left. At least their technicians are super nice and helpful. Also with what you pay for the boxes each month they could give you a new box not one refurbished that is beat up.

Went in to change our mobile phone service and they made it very a pleasant experience. They also helped with updating our cable service and saved us some money on our cable service.

Would be 0 if I could. Spoke to a lovely lady from their corporate line about cancelling service because I sold the house and they weren't in the area we were moving. Advised me to take the equipment to the local spectrum store. They would not take any equipment. I called the corporate number again and they confirmed I am supposed to take it to the spectrum store. Even in their APP it says take to your local store. There was 4 employees standing around doing nothing and wouldn't take my equipment. Also since I was 1.5 days into my next billing cycle I had to pay the entire months bill for 1.5 days of service. Terrible local customer service and terrible billing policies.

The store is a good place to get set up but I would not recommend the cell phone service has numerous issues and won't let you make certain changes on your own account .... besides that the internet is pretty good most of the time

Spectrum robbed my husband and I. They added tv and phone services without our consent. We didn’t notice because they did it around the time we experienced a miscarriage and they say because it’s been a few months they can’t waive the charges they added. We never used these services, we never asked for these services but you want us to pay for what you added because we didn’t catch you in time? Very unprofessional and I really would love to talk to a customer service representative. They need to make this right. Businesses that make their money by screwing their customers will not make it.
