Wow this guy was so awesome!! We came into the verizon store feeling really discouraged on getting new phones for a good price. But he really made our day.he hooked us up with the best deals on one of the newest phones!! I am so excited to play with my new phone!. He was so helpful to me and my fiance . and also patient because we had our one year old with us and he was kind to our baby boy who was running around the store

Jacob was absolutely amazing. We came in from a horrible experience online and through Verizon’s customer service and Jacob was very patient with us. We were there for quite some time due to the issues we were having and he sat down with us and took the time we needed. We walked out the door very happy and satisfied with our iPhones and watches. Today, me and my partner arrived to see if we could repairs on her phone. It turns out, that it was possible to get it exchanged for the same phone, but instead we were offered a better option that provided us with a newer phone that is up-to-date as well as providing us with a cheaper expense in the long run. We were assisted promptly and in very good time. We were able to leave with excellent satisfaction and I would certainly come back again and recommend to others!

Jerard and Amy gave exceptional customer service. I thought I'd lost my phone and she took care of looking up my phone insurance and ordering a new phone. She found the correct case information and sent it to me personally so that I could quickly reorder. My phone was found in a restaurant the next day. He quickly replaced my old phone with a new Sim card and put on liquid glass for me.
