Was helped very quickly. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped me with what I wanted to do. He did not push things on me that I did not need, he helped me determine exactly what I needed and that is what I went with. Not a lot of extra money spent on things I didn’t need. Savannah and Sunny -Russell, Ky store - were absolutely the most helpful att employees we have ever dealt with! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable , they were patient, friendly and very kind to answer any and all of our questions. They did all of this in a timely and efficient manner. Wow this guy was so awesome!! We came into the verizon store feeling really discouraged on getting new phones for a good price.
