Savannah and Sunny -Russell, Ky store - were absolutely the most helpful att employees we have ever dealt with! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable , they were patient, friendly and very kind to answer any and all of our questions. They did all of this in a timely and efficient manner. I will tell everyone to go to their store!! If I could give them a 10 I would! Please acknowledge them!

I was having a horrible time getting service started. I had been on the phone with different representatives and even went to an att&t store in Grayson with no luck there . I left there and came straight to the Ashland store and was taken care of by Clarissa and Marissa !!! These girls knew what to do and how to do it ! Hands down the best customer service ever !!! Thank you girls so much you’re truly the best !!!

Was at the Winchester Ave store and was treated poorly. Went into this store today and the two women who helped me, sorry I’m bad with names and forgot, but they were sooooo helpful. They listened to my problems, actually tried to help, and set me up in a new phone. Will be making this my go to store from now on.

1st place I went to in Ashland ky on Winchester Ave. the service was terrible and the employee couldn't explain things properly and was trying to charge me more than was supposed to be. The 2nd place I went to in Russell ky the employee was very helpful and explained everything to me and even quoted me a cheaper price than the Ashland att store

Beware! You better be careful when dealing with these people. Was lied to and tricked into a plan that was much more costly than presented. Lost two phones because I traded them in and cancelled the service after being deceived. Stay away from this store.

I went to this store last week to find out about switching my families five phones from Verizon to ATT. The store manage Carly was VERY rude. First she said, I don’t know if you can get the zero down because of your credit and that ATT would make us pay 30%, without even checking out credit. Then stopped talking to us to answer a personal phone call! When she hung up, she sat down and acted like we weren’t even in the store. I WILL NOT be returning as long as she is in charge. We ended up visiting the store at Ashland mall and got our phones and Directv for 0 down. Overall horrible experience.
