Had a storage unit there for about two years. This place changed ownership and staff several times. Mean-spirted people that keep increasing their fees. If you violate one of their rules - they lock you out! Save yourself the hassle - find another storage unit.

This is a full service storage facility. It's climate controlled. They have Uhaul and they have moving services for their customers... They have helped me move several times and everything has gone incredibly well. I cannot say enough good things about my experience at West Side Storage.
