Good food, had to eat in our car because the dining room is closed. Our pet was a Medvet down the road having surgery. The staff were friendly, my salad was very good and the turkey sub was very good. I would love to eat there again a dinner but that would be hard in the car. They do have outside seating once you get your food Overall a very good place to eat.

I currently reside out of state, and I return to visit my Mom who resides here we decided to get chicken and normally it is outstanding but it tasted different and didn't have that "Rizzi's kick as I remembered back in the day. The staff however was outstanding and very friendly like I remembered so that a plus.

Food is not good enough to be put on hold and hung up on twice to get. Just order Big Star the food is WAY better and that family would be happy that you chose them..... rather then just hanging up the third time u try to order.

My mom LOVES their chicken. She always gets the the deluxe four piece chicken dinner. Best JoJo's in town in my opinion!

I currently reside out of state, and I return to visit my Mom who resides here we decided to get chicken and normally it is outstanding but it tasted different and didn't have that "Rizzi's kick as I remembered back in the day. The staff however was outstanding and very friendly like I remembered so that a plus.

The fried chicken was delicious. The other 2 people waiting for food were friendly and we chatted. I asked if dine-in would be offered again and they mentioned how tough it is to hire people to work and that staffing was the issue. I hope they will be able to figure it out.

Bought 2 large drinks and bought a salad and a sandwich my bill came up to 22.07 The salad was 9$ and the sandwich was 8$ And the drinks made the rest of the bill. We waited for our food and she came out and gave us just a salad and a sandwich (which didn't have the chips it was supposed to come with) So we decided the chips weren't worth the fuss but we wanted our drinks so I tried to mention we didn't get them but she didn't hear me So we waited at the counter we heard a man in the back say what do the people in the front still want then a guy came from the back and asked if we needed anything and I told him that we didn't get the drinks we ordered so he glanced at a few receipts on the counter and said well I don't see it so I pulled my bank account up showing the charge and he said it wasn't necessary said with an attitude . They were rude to me and my fiance and the salad was wilted from all the greese and the sandwich was very hard. Normally don't have a problem here but today the service was underwhelming.

we went today it was So Salty my son couldn’t eat it call in the lady said she can’t do anything about it i asked her can my son heave a fry she wanted to charge me for the fry??? what kind of establishment is this?? i thought the customer was a priority i’ll never come back here just because the customer service was horrible and the chik parmigiana is salty as grime!

Rizzi's has some of the best tomato sauce I have ever tasted & the garlic bread was pretty good as well. everything was fresh and came out in good timing. I would love to visit again sometime soon.
