I currently reside out of state, and I return to visit my Mom who resides here we decided to get chicken and normally it is outstanding but it tasted different and didn't have that "Rizzi's kick as I remembered back in the day. The staff however was outstanding and very friendly like I remembered so that a plus. ~Tim

Sit Means Sit Dog Training Cleveland & Akron
Henri graduated from Sit Means Sit today! He is a completely different dog. We still have some work to do on walks, but he's done very well. I'm so proud of him and thankful for our trainer Josh. He did a fantastic job! It's expensive but totally worth the investment. ~Lakeisha
Copley Health Center
If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Copley Health Center is a fairly nice looking place. Do bot be fooled. The facility is extremely understaffed. The staff they do employ seem to be the worst of the worst. Even the nursing staff seem to be more ignorant than anywhere else I've seen. The staff often loose their patience with the residents and quickly become rude and hostile toward them. I observed one nursing assistant, trying to feed a resident and when the resident turned their head away, after the very first bite, the assistant said, "fine! Don't eat then!", and took the food tray away. Apparently residents are allowed to starve at Copley Health Center. My aunt, who thankfully does not share my last name, is left in a chair for hours, without being taken to the bathroom. After having an "accident," she has to wait until bedtime to be changed and even then, is not washed off. Mind you, my aunt knows when she needs to go to the bathroom or when she's had an accident and routinely spends hours asking to be changed. I'm thankful that my aunt is if sound mind but at Copley Health Care, even that blessing is a detriment because nobody wants to remember that kind of treatment. Thankfully my aunt will soon be leaving Copley Health Care. ~Allison
