The worst of the worst!!!! I have a family member here and I am constantly up here and just asking for the BARE MINIMUM Care , such as answering a call light within 2 hours. This afternoon they FINALLY have staff and they are ALL on their phones at the nurses station and The nurses are up at their cart. You can talk to administrators and they do NOTHING and the staff will tell you that they aren’t going to do anything about the complaint. This place needs shut down ASAP

I worked here for one night and it was awful. I am an RN. The STNAs disappeared. They were disrespectful when I asked for help they wouldn't help. I had two units and was left with a dementia patient that was a one on one and had fallen right before I got there. I had no help whatsoever. The computers didn't work and shut down. The residents were neglected. This is a terrible place to work. Two of the other nurses walked out during the morning switch over. I refused to go back to this place.

The nurses and aides at this facility is horrible on night shift they are lazy, I’ve witness nurses and aides sleeping at the nurses station, in residents rooms on a chair and in empty rooms, call light constantly going and no one around to answer them, I wouldn’t recommend anyone bring there loved one to this facility!!!

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Copley Health Center is a fairly nice looking place. Do bot be fooled. The facility is extremely understaffed. The staff they do employ seem to be the worst of the worst. Even the nursing staff seem to be more ignorant than anywhere else I've seen. The staff often loose their patience with the residents and quickly become rude and hostile toward them. I observed one nursing assistant, trying to feed a resident and when the resident turned their head away, after the very first bite, the assistant said, "fine! Don't eat then!", and took the food tray away. Apparently residents are allowed to starve at Copley Health Center. My aunt, who thankfully does not share my last name, is left in a chair for hours, without being taken to the bathroom. After having an "accident," she has to wait until bedtime to be changed and even then, is not washed off. Mind you, my aunt knows when she needs to go to the bathroom or when she's had an accident and routinely spends hours asking to be changed. I'm thankful that my aunt is if sound mind but at Copley Health Care, even that blessing is a detriment because nobody wants to remember that kind of treatment. Thankfully my aunt will soon be leaving Copley Health Care.

Nursing and aid staff are ignorant and apathetic. My husband had tremors and increased confusion. After two days and reporting concerns to three different nurses, another family member and I made the decision to have him sent to the ER. He had a fever, kidney stone, UTI and was septic. Additional infection in blood caused by pic line. Staff left dried blood on the furniture and sink. The receptionist is extremely rude. This facility should be shut down.

Both my (vaccinated) parents were at Copley Health Center for 3 weeks due to COVID complications. It was absolutely horrible. Very understaffed and many lazy, uncaring employees. They had missed medications, bedsores not being treated. I ran to the drugstore 3 times to get OTC medications for a UTI (all I could get was cranberry pills without an Rx), a rash, and bleeding hemorrhoids because it took days for them to get the medications in. I was reimbursed, but very frustrated with this facility. 45 minutes was a typical response time after pushing the nurse call button. My parents screamed for help to catch the attention of someone walking by. Once when their oxygen cannula fell out. Another time, dad didn;t get reconnected to his oxygen after returning from therapy. He was gray when I walked into the room and discovered the situation. No shower or bath while they were there. The bathroom was dirty when they arrived. I spoke with the Executive Director a couple times. It never got better. Even though insurance was still paying for my dad's stay, they moved out and are self-paying at an independent living facility. Aids Dorothy and Debbie were great. Everything else was bad. Very, very bad.

Moving my father during covid was already difficult but Copley Health Center and staff have been very understanding and accommodating. They have been attentive to my father and his needs and have communicated with me every step of the way. I have nothing but good things to say about Copley and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a safe place for their loved one.

I have been coming here for various reasons over the past 6 years. I have never had but top of the line professional care. From maintenance to admissions to the executive director have always treated me with the up most respect. The nursing staff is amazing and always just a question away. The aide staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Therapy staff is absolutely amazing. Overall I give this facility top rating and I would definitely recommend this facility for any of my family members.

Very clean, comfortable and welcoming inpatient rehab. I fell at home and suffered a spinal cord injury. After being bed bound for 6 months I found myself having to rely on other people for my self care. This facility is helping me regain my confidence as well as my independence.

Beautiful lobby. I was impressed with how clean this place was. Most facilities are not as clean as this one is. Beautiful skilled unit. The building is well-maintained.The floors are kept clean, waxed and buffed to a nice shine. Most of the staff is friendly. Most of the night shift aids make sure their residents are well cared for. I met two night shift nurses who are awesome. All in all...caring night shift staff. One evening, out of the clear blue, one very hostile day shift STNA approached me. It was crazy. Drugs? Day shift STNAS are not particularly friendly. No excuse for their crazy behavior. Most of the Residents seemed happy and said that they enjoy living at this facility. I would recommend Copley Heath Center to those of you looking to place a loved one in a clean well-maintained nursing home that provides quality care.
