Slow check out and impossible to get help. If you are in an area that doesn't have a full time attendant forget about asking for help. It's Quicker to drive to Royal King so what if they have too many untrained employees because it doesn't take hey rocket scientist find something in a store that you work in

We were traveling from PA to KY. We blew one tire on our camper in WV and another right when we crossed the Kentucky line. Stranded with our two dogs we unhooked the camper. We were able to get tires at Rural King but needed them mounted. We called the Auto Center at Walmart and they said they could mount them. The one tire was easy but the other one was shredded up pretty bad and the old tire was very hard to get off. The crew at the auto center busted their butts trying to get the old tire off especially Austin! He was determined to get us back on the road. We appreciated your help. Austin if your reading this thank you so much. Your hard work got this family back on the road! Highly recommend the crew at the Auto Center!!☆☆☆☆☆

Good place to shop. Nice employees. Have Nice variety of products. Material if you like to sew. Housewares section. Good section of shoes, boots ect. Can get car service,oil change and tires. Nice food selection regular brand name as well as Great Value brand.

Front Store has Really Gone Down Hill! The Self Check Out is backed clear up into the produce! Come on! Over Half of the check-out lanes were closed. If you don’t want to hire cashiers, please put in More Self-check out stations! Personally , I’m gonna shop else where,, like Grayson . Sad because I only live 5 minutes from Walmart. But, I will not be treated this way. It appears majority of employees are working “parking lot pick up”. Too bad Covid is over and now we have no where to shop😡

Customer service desk was unattended for several minutes, and there didn't appear to be any way to alert the staff to the need for help for me and one other customer. Once someone showed up, there was no problems.

I find it hard to believe the the supply and demand bs is so bad that as of the Saturday and Sunday prior to Valentines Day, not one boxed children's Valentines could be found. Not One!! ( Also called two local Dollar Generals, they said didnt even get them!!)Valentines Day is fairly predictable, I mean Feb 14th...each year! No fluctuation. When hundreds, thousands of grade school and pre school kids are excited to get Valentines for their school class parties! To fill out themselves, and pick out certain ones for certain kids...my goodness, it's a gtd right of passage for little children who spend days prior in class preparing their special "boxes" to bring home all their cards from other classmates...it is absolutely ludicrous that on the weekend prior to the "big day", a parent cannot find one...ONE...solitary box of packaged cards, the normal, old fashioned cheap but special Valentines that have been the dependable for at least MY 55 years of life! What...afraid to order too far ahead?? JHC, give me a break. This is not supply/demand, this is human error. I do hope that you order maybe before Christmas this year. They will not go bad! Really, really a bad bad slip! And another thing, you should have seen just how many DADS were sent to buy the expected Valentines, just like me, amazed. But not really knowing what to do instead. I mean, it's not usually their deal to have to think "creatively" to substitute for their kids. But even if it is, the stuff you have to purchase just to cut out homemade red hearts costs more! Anyway. You will laugh at my rant, that's fine, but it was not okay, nor will ever be acceptable! Thank you.

I used the self check out because the other lines were very busy. I had scanned all items but the scanner did not scan a pack of diapers. The cashier had apparently noticed and did not tell me before paying. After paying, the cashier walked over and stated that I had not paid for the diapers, so I went ahead and re-scanned diapers and tried to pay for them. She told me I couldn't do that, she needed to see my receipt. I gave her receipt and she called over another worker. The other worker stated that I had not paid for many items in my shopping cart. Cashier stated that she had seen items on receipt. They had went through all of my items. I was mortified and my son was on the verge of crying and stating he could put his toys back. Although we had already paid for them. As they finished looking throughout my cart, they had stated I hadn't paid for diapers or mini cup cakes. I had in fact paid for cup cakes they were on receipt. So end of story the diapers didn't scan, the staff treated me like I was stealing on purpose... diapers at that, even though I spent over $200 in other items. They made me purchase the mini cup cakes again and I paid for the one pack of diapers. I will try my best to never go back to Wal-Mart again.

2/15/22 I stopped by after work to pick up food, wearing my scrubs (travel nurse). I ALWAYS use the Walmart app and self checkout. This was my second time in this store ever and the woman in self check out harassed me. She had no name tag showing, about 5' 5", dark hair, dark framed glasses, and they were thick. She kept asking if I was a spark driver (until last night I had no idea what that was) and what I was doing. Repeatedly said I'm a nurse here for food. She argued with me about using the Walmart app for checkout! Said no one uses it! I told her this was my second time here and I've used it both times now. I talk to other people all day, am understanding that everyone has a story...well I'm sorry for being human and hungry and she was harassing me at checkout. Why was this okay? Then was told she does this to everyone. This is not okay..

Self checkout lines were fast but as usual very few actual cashiers. For 5 or 6 items self checkout are nice but its hard to check out half a buggy full or more. Not enuff space on counter or your putting bags in a half full buggy.

There was clearance item I was trying to buy but even though it was really on clearance and there was more of the same on clearance..i would have had to pay the full price. Even the manager on duty Cody ( u no who u are) refused to send someone back to the Clarence to look!!! The whole experience was insane!! When I emailed Wal-Mart's Customer Complaints.. I received a email back that told me that it was up to the manager on duty what the final price was YES regardless of what was being advertised. They don't care they think that you're losing one customer and there's so many more so far I have 68 people that is now refusing to go to the store
