Was helped very quickly. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped me with what I wanted to do. He did not push things on me that I did not need, he helped me determine exactly what I needed and that is what I went with. Not a lot of extra money spent on things I didn’t need. Good place to shop. Nice employees. Have Nice variety of products. Material if you like to sew. Housewares section. Good section of shoes, boots ect. Can get car service,oil change and tires. Nice food selection regular brand name as well as Great Value brand. ~Verna

Savannah and Sunny -Russell, Ky store - were absolutely the most helpful att employees we have ever dealt with! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable , they were patient, friendly and very kind to answer any and all of our questions. They did all of this in a timely and efficient manner. Showed up at 8:30pm, closes at 9:00pm. As me and wife enters to facility, there was a comment made that it was 8:30 as the employee was inconvenienced by us showing up then. Another man and young girl came in which the same comment was made, they were using the restroom. Employee was very short with us and appeared to not want to serve us. Very disappointing. Will probably select a different Subway next time. ~Mitch

I have tried to call this store over 10 times to ask if they are a convenience store that carries live bait for fishing. I know for a fact the store is open, because I called the Subway next door and asked. However, I have called the store at least 20 times, and the phone just rings and rings and rings. No one is bothering to answer. This is ridiculous and very lazy. Wish I could get hold of a manager. But then, he/she might be ignoring the phone too. Pathetic. ~Cathy

My husband and I along with a friend and the baby all went here today. First off the place was dirty. Second the food was severely nasty the baby was trying to eat this cheese stick that is pictured which was brick hard on the inside. When we told the lady up front about it she actually had the nerve to say it was no big deal. Umm excuse me ma'am u wouldn't had been saying that if my child would have gotten choked. Smdh this place needs to be shut down where is the health department. ~Charlieandtisha

I'm so so glad they kept the Fiesta Bravo salsa, queso and margarita mix!! I wish they had kept a Sancho or something that was popular. I had a burger with provolone cheese and a side of broccoli and it was fabulous!! ~Debbie

Arrived at 9:50. Was not open until 10:18 even though they open at 10am. Walk in to cash a check and all the lady asked was “how much is it?” And when I told her how much it is she just said “I doubt it.” You mean to tell me you’re 18 mins late and you’re only going to say 7 words to me? I’ve cashed checks here close to this amount before and you’re not going to try and do your job? Or give an explanation at least? If you have a check with a decent amount on it, DO NOT COME HERE. ~Javone
