Came here to withdraw from the ATM, ATM was out of service, so I was told to go inside. Waited a good amount of time inside, and when I presented the teller with the withdrawal slip I was told they didn’t have enough money (was under $1000) and tellers seemed annoyed that I was even there. Will likely be closing my business accounts here. ~Brandon

Not happy with the way they treat you like a criminal. Mom my went to open a account and cash a check from a different bank from a different state and the lady in the office said no because it will bounce. Didn't even give my mother and I the time of day. I will be closing my account and going somewhere else. I will be getting the lady in the back right corner name and will be making a complaint. Very rude and unprofessional. ~David

The only reason they have a one star is because I had to click at least one. I have had at least one account with this bank for over 12 years and I am finally done with it. Over the years there were many mistakes made off and on with my account. At one point they withdrew $1000 because of some type of error they had. Not only this, I have made multiple deposits in my account over the years and, more than once, I have had to call to find out where my deposit went. I understand that mistakes happen but they seem to happen a lot with this bank. The last time this happened was yesterday and I now have to wait until Monday to have it corrected because the person I spoke with earlier “can’t handle this type of situation”. I can not wait to get this fixed because I will be shutting down my account. I’m over it and my other bank has never had issues like this. ~Michell

I guess everyone is cutting back on portion sizes but damn,I don't think there was any chicken in my chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong I have always loved the 5 dollar foot long but now it's 10 and smaller. Very disappointing. ~Bill

Staff was awesome! Stand alone restaurant, easy to get to. The food is great, because it's Subway. The order I placed was a bit confusing, because I was a bit confused ordering for 3 people that did not give me a lot of information, but the staff was super patient, had the best attitude and really helped me figure out the order I was trying to place. ~_cicinwad_

If you want a nice new car you can depend on and the best customer service in the game go here. Tes and Courtney went above and beyond to get us in the car we wanted. Not only did they stay late at the office 2 HOURS. But helped with my 2 year old daughter the hole time. They are amazing we just got are second car from them and already looking forward to a 3rd. I am so grateful for the help they gave us and the company they finance with has some amazing people to aka Paula she's the best. ~Wade

I usually go to the airport to rent cars but the last time I went to Ashland. I called I. The morning to make sure that I was picking up a full size car. They said yes. When I got there I had two options a Silverado that didn’t have running boards and I’m short so it was hard to get in and out. Not to mention I would be putting at 1000 miles on and the gas mileage was terrible. It had a half a tank to start or a minivan. Neither was what expected. So I took the Silverado and drove to Chicago. At high speeds the front wheel would wobble. It was uncomfortable and unsafe. When I got to Chicago I went to an exterior use there and ended up with a small Nissan. Smaller than the standard I paid for. The brakes were grinding and halfway home the light came on that it needed an oil change. Do they took my points for a free day took 100 off my bill. No sorry nothing. I am so dissatisfied. I drove through many dark roads with no service being a woman. I rent cars for trips expecting them to be in good shape to make a trip by myself. This time I was nervous both ways. I will think twice before renting again which is a shame since I do it almost every other month. They think it’s no big deal but there are reasons we ask for certain cars at certain times. Did an excellent job identifying and repairing essential components of my car's AC and cooling systems. Price charged was fine for services rendered and job was completed in a timely manner. Services: Air conditioning, Auto water leak repair ~Rx

I left my car there and took my grandpa out to lunch in his car. The team seemed really nice and professional, I even signed up for the credit card (which I'll probably now cancel.) I get a call and they tell me that they can't get the car started, so I ask if they tried moving the wheel or troubleshooting at all, which they say they didn't. They say they will try a few things and call back if there is any issues. They call me back ten minutes later and say that three techs had tried starting the car and that it's not turning, to which I concernedly said "I don't know then, I'll be back in thirty to evaluate what's wrong." I get there, get the keys, they tell me that it's futile unless I have "magic hands," so I go out, put the key in, turn the key and it starts instantly without any problems at all. No need to move the wheel, take it in and out of park or anything. I go in and honestly ask "should I leave this with y'all because it started instantly without any problems and this is a bit concerning?" The British gent in there who I was having great conversation with earlier started getting mad and said "well you can take it somewhere else" and kept saying that I'm an aggravated tone, so I left and took my car to Charlie's Tires over in Ironton. I paid $34 more and at least they can start the car and was treated with respect. Horrible experience. Can't believe the rudeness, especially over their own teams incompetence. Never going back and will propagate this story to everyone I know who needs tires. ~Jakob
