The only reason they have a one star is because I had to click at least one. I have had at least one account with this bank for over 12 years and I am finally done with it. Over the years there were many mistakes made off and on with my account. At one point they withdrew $1000 because of some type of error they had. Not only this, I have made multiple deposits in my account over the years and, more than once, I have had to call to find out where my deposit went. I understand that mistakes happen but they seem to happen a lot with this bank. The last time this happened was yesterday and I now have to wait until Monday to have it corrected because the person I spoke with earlier “can’t handle this type of situation”. I can not wait to get this fixed because I will be shutting down my account. I’m over it and my other bank has never had issues like this.

WORST bank ever! They will charge you a statement fee and not tell you and you have to shut it off yourself from a desktop or they keep charging you. They also go against all their own rules. I have never had such a horrible bank in my life. After 4 you can’t get ahold of anyone! They are only looking out for themselves. Beware. PNC is 100 times better
