I've spent a long time deciding how to rate motospa. I've been a member with their monthly subscription for over a year. Love that they have an affordable option that includes an interior cleaning. However, not sure if they have been updating recently but I have had more issues lately with part of the wash not working when going through (for example the blow dryers were down one day) and a different day I was going through right around closing and it turned off in the middle of the wash and was left covered in soap. Luckily was able to drive right back around and get it figured out. The interior service is pretty decent but sometimes laking attention to detail, but for the price overall satisfied. Wish they were open slightly later because most of the time they are already closed on my way home. At this time will probably continue my membership but hoping for some improvements.

My mom used this car wash for the exterior and interior clean. She did the premium cleaning for $50. She is someone who has incredibly high expectations and is often disappointed in the lack of detail that other car washes have. She was over the top impressed with Motospa and now tells everyone about them. We don't even live in Castle Rock but we make the drive for the great quality. Took my minivan in to get the exterior and interior cleaned. My van came out sparkling and so fresh. After a long road trip with four kids, im proud to say the foot smell is gone. Motospa does a fantastic job. They wipe everything down, vaccum, spray the mats, shine the windows and more, all for $40. One happy mom right here.

Motospa dies as good a job if cleaning the outside of your car as anyone. I do wish they offered an area where I could vacuum my own car instead of having to turn the car over to someone else and wait for them. But I go to them to take care of the exterior.

This car wash and oil center is great, I had a subscription for exterior washes, and 1 free interior wash. The team always made my car look great. Only 1 x was the interior not up to par. But that's okay, I know they'll make up for it the next go round. If I had any notes for improvement it would be a two part: 1. Have open/close fast roll up doors on the car wash to reduce noise pollution on the blower/dryer side (I live in the area and can hear the blowers constantly) 2. The smell. There is a smell at the car wash that is something wicked. Near the entrance of the wash, that drifts everywhere when its windy. Might be recycled water, or the remnants of daily wash dirt/debris. Clean this daily and dispose of it daily-its wicked smelling!

Just did the drive through wash and wasn't totally impressed. Longer wait than other washes around town and the car wash did good enough but the driers didn't do a good job at all. They offer full detail (interior and exterior) and perhaps I'll be back to give those a try, but till then I'll hit a different wash in town for a drive-through car wash.

I can't come here any longer. The rates went up and service, while mediocre before, is way down now. I spent $50 and it said the wheel would be hand touched up, seats wiped, console, cupholders, mats and given an air freshener. This was not done.i didn't get a pic of wheels before I fixed them already. Some things were wet so I thought ok, let it dry and check. Seats had marks, cup holders dirty, the wheels were not touched and the shine hardly stuck on the rubber. There is nothing used on the dash or doors, just a wipe down. My windshield was dirtier after than before b cause they didn't use a dry cloth with window cleaner. This was atrocious.they we're taking MAYBE 4-5min a car including vacuuming. I don't care how many cars are in line, you don't rush the work when you are charging $50 for what you charged $40 for a few months back. Save your $, go elsewhere or do it yourself.

I’ve had cars detailed before and the work was only OK. At this establishment the intake fellow assured me that my 2014 Mazda CX-5 would be like new. My goodness it actually looked inside, outside and in the engine compartment like a new car. It was detailed in August of 2021. The attached photo is from November 28th. I’ve washed it twice since the detail and it still looks great. Service: Auto detailing

Motospa Car Wash in Castle Rock is a fabulous facility to go to if you want professional car washing, detailing and oil/lube service to your vehicle. The staff is highly professional and courteous, the facility is well kept, and the in and out time is pretty expedient. Also, if you get a lube service, you are given a receipt for four free car washes. How awesome is that. Personally, I have had no bad experiences compared to others who gave bad or mediocre reviews. I encourage others to come here for great service.
