As usual if you wear a size 8-10 men's or women's, they have lots to choose from, but the other sizes are difficult to find. I always get a lot of "you can buy it from our website," but I don't like to shop that way when something really must be tried on first.

It was a good store. There was alot of people but employees were at their best to help every family that was in store. They did have a good amount of shoes. Just what was on the floor.

Pretty disappointed. Was there tonight to buy some work boots and realized i left my wallet in my car (parked pretty far away). I went to get it and was gone for about 15-20 minutes and didn't realize they closed at 8:00. It was exactly 8:02 when i got back and the doors were locked. The 2 girls working both saw me and when i gestured that i wanted to hurry and buy the boots I'd been looking at they just shook their head no. I want to be fair because i understand they close at 8:00, but do 2 minutes really make that much of a difference?? It would have only taken literally 2-3 minutes to pay for them. I worked in retail for 10 years and our policy was to never lock our doors until 10 minutes AFTER our posted closing time just so we could avoid these exact situations. If a customer shows up at 8:12 and the doors are locked with a posted closing time of 8:00 - they're much more willing to accept that than if they show up at 8:02 and are turned away. And when you DO let them in and they understand you stayed open just a little bit longer (so they could give you their money), it drives high customer satisfaction that creates loyalty and they'll actually refer others to you! If they're not willing to stay open a couple extra minutes so i can give them my money, I'm not willing to ever go back to them.
