If you want to get robbed then j suggest you shop here, our cashier rang up our items and we thought everything was fine until we got out to our car and not only did she not put our receipt in the bag like she said she was going to but she also left out a box of cologne we already purchased literally five minutes before. We proceed to go back i side to find out where our cologne went and were told that the item was put in the bag and there was nothing they could do about it. At the end of the day the entire staff here doesnt care about their customers and they enjoy stealing from them, dont shop here

This Ross is absolutely disgusting. Stuff is everywhere. Markdowns aren’t even done. Nothing is organized. It’s chaos.

I shop at ross alot blessing your company with a lot of my money. I have never had a problem with any of your associates until today. I spent close to two hundred dollars in your store today and the associate kept snatching my money out of my hand. I asked her why was she doing that to me and she said that it was a long day and and bad last night for her. I said well I'm sorry for you long day and bad night but can you please not take it out on me. Then when I handed her my second 100.00 dollar bill she snatched that worse out of my hand. I could not believe it. I'm hoping that she wasn't doing that because I'm black. It began to feel that way because the customer after me, she was very nice to her.

Unlike other stores that I get lost in and come out spending $300 or $400 unjust a couple items that close. I can walk into Ross and get the same amount of clothing for just around $100 I noticed they have a lot of more female clothing than males but they still have a good selection for guys.

Can someone say,,, YES!!! Get to Ross! Unreal prices on the most amazing named brand items! Im an Artist and the art supplies here are unreal! The prices on them even more unreal! Ladies if you like makeup and named brand hair care products but hate name brand prices, GET TO ROSS! Amazing prices on the brand's you love at 3 /4 the price you would normally pay! WORD!!!!
