Upper management at the store is just AMAZING! He was so helpful and caring about my needs for presents. He pointed me to exactly what I needed and even did a FANTASTIC embroderment on my hat and jersey!! I will definitely return for all future apparel needs :) ~Jasmine

If you want to get robbed then j suggest you shop here, our cashier rang up our items and we thought everything was fine until we got out to our car and not only did she not put our receipt in the bag like she said she was going to but she also left out a box of cologne we already purchased literally five minutes before. We proceed to go back i side to find out where our cologne went and were told that the item was put in the bag and there was nothing they could do about it. At the end of the day the entire staff here doesnt care about their customers and they enjoy stealing from them, dont shop here ~Camplays

You WANT to shop here! Customer Service (specifically Carra and Danny) is AMAZING. We are admittedly brand fans, but the staff puts this shop over the top. After retiring and obtaining 'fun jobs' we needed well cushioned, durable shoes. Sketchers fit the bill perfectly. My husband's first pair lasted him about 9 months. Keep in mind, he walks well over 5 miles per shift at a major home improvement store - he's hard on his shoes. When we replaced his first pair, we purchased the same shoe with expectations to replace after 6 months. Sadly, the second pair began to tear apart after approximately 3 months. When we returned for replacements, I explained the situation to Carra. SHE IMMEDIATELY MADE IT RIGHT. Not only did she personally locate and hand over the exact model and size he needed, she and Danny ensured we were not expected to pay full replacement price. We will be back, again and again.
