6 Best department store in Castle Rock, Colorado (CO) 2024

I was a little worried that this might be too expensive when I saw that it was rated $$, but the souvenir prices were on par or even less expensive than we had seen other places for our trip. I was able to afford a t-shirt to take home for each family member, and the styles were attractive. We also picked up a hat, a wine cork, postcards, and a magnet. They gave me a reusable canvas CO bag to carry my purchase. Lots of goodies to remember your trip to CO! ~Sarah

Upper management at the store is just AMAZING! He was so helpful and caring about my needs for presents. He pointed me to exactly what I needed and even did a FANTASTIC embroderment on my hat and jersey!! I will definitely return for all future apparel needs :) ~Jasmine

I’ve been to this store twice within two weeks. Both times the staff was amazing. Today Carly helped me. She assisted me when I wanted an opinion, and she even brought me clothes she thought would look good on me. One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had at a store. If you want to get robbed then j suggest you shop here, our cashier rang up our items and we thought everything was fine until we got out to our car and not only did she not put our receipt in the bag like she said she was going to but she also left out a box of cologne we already purchased literally five minutes before. We proceed to go back i side to find out where our cologne went and were told that the item was put in the bag and there was nothing they could do about it. At the end of the day the entire staff here doesnt care about their customers and they enjoy stealing from them, dont shop here ~Camplays
