I wish I'd heeded the warnings from other negative reviews of this car wash. The self service bays are so incredibly vague about how you will be charged, other than there is a $4 minimum and a $15 maximum if you don't press the Stop button. That's it - no "you're charged by the minute" or anything (and if it IS there, it clearly isn't clear enough). For my $19 (because 15 minutes was barely enough time to get my compact sedan soaped thoroughly), I got one of the rustiest, weakest car washes of my life. I am BEGGING anybody who needs a car wash to go 2 minutes down the road to a different one, because this one should be classified as a scam instead. Avoid this place at all costs.

Great carwash! I used the self serve bay and the pressure is very high and the presoak got my car clean even before high pressure wash. 2 minor recommendations to the owner: add more soap into the high pressure wash - it was 90% water. And I appreciate the sign saying extra muddy cars shouldn't wash but it doesn't stop people - there were large chunks of mud in the bay that made it difficult to get back into my car without tracking in mud. Mitigating that would be awesome. Also, to the people saying they're overcharged via card, just press the large red stop button when finished

As a traveling disaster recovery worker I went here to clean my car first thing you can’t use quarters idk why Colorado wants your credit card for everything especially when they charge $15 for what’s supposed to be a $4 wash then I try to use a automatic wash it takes my money call the number and I get told there is nothing they can do besides refund me but I will need to use another card and I’m from Kentucky and manage a car wash and even I can program a car wash from phone if need be! Pitiful customer service honestly!!!

Was charged $15 on my credit card when the machine said the charge was less than $6. This has happened to me twice at this car wash. Also the water pressure for the rinse is very low so it takes a long time to get the soap off the car (thus increasing the cost). Seeing many other complaints of the same thing from other customers. Owners are either scammers, or incompetent. Best to avoid and go elsewhere.

I like some people. I had a good experience. I just needed to rinse off my car real quick. I didn't use soap cuz I knew it was going to snow again but I wanted to have my car clean for customers. I just did a quick $2 rents and my car looked really great. Look like I used soap. The stalls were clean. The vacuum worked great so keep up the good service of keeping your car wash clean in the vacuum's running and I think you'll be okay. Thank you!

It's ok. They have a good deal in that you pay $30 and get unlimited $15 washes. They have touchless and soft touch options, as well as the do it yourself washes. Touchless is usually pretty good. I mean not as good as washing it yourself in the summer, but pretty good for winter and touchless. Went today, however, and it left it way dirty. I don't know if it's just because it was so dirty, or what's up with the washer, but it wasn't great today. Usually not an issue though. Also, customer service is odd. One of the wash buttons was broken the other day, and instead of doing what I think is logical and makes sense like putting tape over the button and out of order or something, they didn't put anything. So if you have the prepaid washes, then you're kinda screwed. Another time, the undercarriage sprayers were out and broken. And again, no notice or sign or anything anywhere. So I dunno. I'll go again and see, but lately, it's just been ok. Kinda annoying

DO NOT go here. The vacuums are busted. The self serve wash never has any soap. You’ll just be wasting your money. It should be illegal to run a business this poorly. They are practically robbing their customers. Once your money goes in the machine or you swipe your card you WILL NOT get what you paid for. Trash

Overall the spray wash is pretty decent. Had an issue once and was refunded (actually issued temp credits) which at least was good. The "touch-less" auto wash on the right side last night was -- well not what I would expect. See picture. Won't be using that again... My truck was pretty dirty, so much so you could see exactly where the spray wash didn't get -- but that's the point of a car wash. Wash the car. GOING back to reviews a year ago you can see these same lines on a different picture.

They have automatic car wash regular and touch free. They also have washing stations to do it yourself which I prefer. Vacuums and detailing stations too. Also a vending machine with some car wash products.

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!! The Auto Service Instructions are so misleading. I got charged $30 bucks for a car wash I did myself when no where in the instructions does it say that if you take more than 7 minutes, you will be charged $15. I spent 30 minutes washing my car (It was very dirty).The display says: "$7 and to hit stop button when done" No where does it say to hit the stop button even if the service stops on its own!! So misleading!!!! They need to make their instructions CLEAR and HONEST! Please go somewhere else and save yourself the money.
