Came in to buy my son some Nike’s and no one approached me and ended up just ignoring us. Sadly this isn’t the first time at this location. Too bad because we really needed a few new pairs of shoes for him, but I guess we will just order from Nike.

Had an issue with a pair of shoes that I had purchased from this location. Came back to get the issue resolved and was taken care of by Danielle! Great customer service and knowledgeable of her work place! She deserves the most from anyone above her for giving this location a good reputation!

Worst service ever in a footwear store. Severe lack of staff! Extremely unfriendly when asking for help to get product. No apology or greeting when paying after waiting in line or 15 minutes to purchase shoes for my daughter. Plenty of other shoe stores in the mall with staff that actually want your business!

We went in today to get back to school shoes for our kids. Jose and another girl (I wish I had got her name as well) came right over and spent so much time with us making sure we had the right fit and the right shoes. We seriously tried on different sizes and styles for at least 30 minutes, back and forth, totally indecisive and I know most people would have been totally annoyed, but not this team! Definitely the friendliest shoe shopping experience we have ever had, the customer service here is even better than Nordstrom’s! I would go out of my way to come back here next time any of us need sneakers.

I went in today to exchange a pair of shoes that were too small. Jose greeted me and helped me find the right size. The experience was incredible! He treated me as if I was purchasing ten pairs of shoes! He asked questions about the type of activity I was doing and really took the time to get to know me. The entire team made sure I was well taken care of. It’s been quite some time since I’ve experienced such great customer service!

Went on black Friday and got excellent service from JT (Justin). He had to get me several sizes and also knew how to fix an issue with one of the shoe's fit. At least 3 people asked me if I needed help. You can tell this is a well-managed store. I'm very happy with this place!

Never felt the need to write a review before but the customer service here was awful. Went in over the weekend to exchange a pair of shoes and the assistant manager Jacquelynn was extremely rude and continued to roll her eyes at me. Decided to just return my shoes and not spend anymore money here and she short changed me $20. Would not recommend this store to anyone.

Even when the store was crazy busy I received excellent customer service. I came in searching for an Adidas shoe with boost, and found a couple to try on but the store was packed and most of the staff was busy. I took the shoes up to the checkout and one of the girls working the register said she could go grab my sizes. I wasn't feeling the colorways, so I put the shoes back and was trying to decide on any other shoes, when the girl from the register comes up to me with a box of NMDs and says I might like these. She found a model that wasn't even out on display and brought it out for me. That's some over the top customer service, if you ask me. I loved the shoes and ended up buying them. I'll be back here for my next pair.

I Had the worst experience with customer service. After waiting 10 minutes to return a pair of shoes that did not fit antwanette tells me that she is "unable" to process the return I asked why and she told me it was because I didn't have the credit card I used to purchase the item. I was then told that if I didn't have the card, then it will have to be given back in the form of a gift card. I explained to her that this is a major inconvenience as I did have the receipt and the shoes in the box everything needed to make a return according to the back of the recipre. I also told her that I was on a motorcycle and didn't have room to fit two boxes of shoes in my backpack. She didn't care what so ever as I was forced to take a new pair of shoes out of the box (leave the box at finish line) just so I can fit the original box back into my backpack that I was unable to return along with a new pair of shoes that was purchased that day... Two days later I bring the pair of shoes back to the Northfield store where I originally purchased them and they DIDNT EVEN NEED NEED MY CREDIT CARD TO COMPLETE THE RETURN!!!

Customer service in this store is terrible. Walking with no one else in the store, I wasn't greeted by any staff, despite two of them making eye contact with me. I then asked about one shoe, was given the incorrect size, and the employee that "helped" me walked away immediately after handing me the shoe to stand at the registers with her co-workers and talk/drink their Starbucks. I will not be shopping there again.
