Unfriendly staff and acted annoyed when I asked a question. AND...DSW, please stop sending me coupons for $60 off $199 that exclude pretty much everything. Maybe list the shoes it does apply to? This would be a much shorter list. Read the fine print, people! ~Cathy

Came in to buy my son some Nike’s and no one approached me and ended up just ignoring us. Sadly this isn’t the first time at this location. Too bad because we really needed a few new pairs of shoes for him, but I guess we will just order from Nike. ~Elena5151

Couldn't even find the place when you look up the address it takes to a kitchen instead which I walk an hour too I'm highly disappointed and hope they fix that ~Andrew

Nice store, I was welcomed as I entered and asked if I needed assistance. The associate was polite, chipper, and answered any of my questions. Appeared to have a good selection of shoes and apparel. ~Ziggy
