Ridiculous how these folks have zero compassion or concern for folks especially when they are in need. Pharmacist Rowland was not friendly, was distracted and could not give me a clear answer as to where I can find my meds since this location didn’t have it in stock. I was in pain and needed the medicine right away and I ended up leaving with no medicine and no direction as to where I can go find the medicine I needed. I will never use this location again!

So far, they’ve made 3 Mistakes on my prescriptions. Although the staff is friendly, the service is ABYSMAL!🤨👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻I must use this place, as my Insurance dictates it for 90 day scrips, but it’s a Very 3rd World experience! Avoid it like the plague 🔥 😳🔥

The pharmacy staff are excellent during the week but If you go on the weekend it's a nightmare. They make you wait without even acknowledging you for more than 15 minutes.

The pharmacy staff are excellent however trying to call in a Prescription is a nightmare , it’s like calling the DMV just no way to get straight through, I am now gonna try calling target to see if they can transfer me to pharmacy it’s really bad might just move my stuff to public’s

One of the absolute best Pharmacies to have a prescription filled. You will always get respectful, personal attention from every single one behind the counter. They go the extra mile for you. The great Target service has continued now that they changed to CVS.

1 star, because 0 was not an option! I can't say much for the quality of the actual pharmacy, but I definitely have a mouthful to say about the pharmacist whom I believe is the manager at this location. I walked up to the pharmacy at 6:50 PM yesterday to have a new prescription filled. I stood behind a couple chatting with the pharmacist and, being respectful, I did not interrupt. The pharmacist could CLEARLY see that I was waiting WITH a prescription in my hand, she made eye contact with me several times, and still, I stood in the aisle for 10+ minutes waiting for these three to end their chitchat. By the time the pharmacy technician decided to ask if I needed help, it was 7:02 PM and, of course, they had closed at 7:00. The tech noticed that I had been waiting, so she stood by the pharmacist to ask if I could fill my prescription. The pharmacist, who was very uninterested in assisting me, continued to converse with the couple for another few minutes. The ONLY reason she ended her conversation was because the technician stood there waiting for her response about my prescription! When she FINALLY acknowledged me, she was VERY rude. She didn't even look me in the eye, grabbed my prescription, and the first thing she said, "uh, we closed 5 minutes ago". I had been waiting FOR HER to stop blabbering for over 15 minutes! Then, she told me that they stopped taking new prescriptions 30 minutes before closing. She easily could have halted her chattering for 2 seconds to tell me this! I discussed with her that I drove around to 5 other pharmacies before this one, but none of them had the medication in stock. She took my ID and told me that she would fill my prescription the following day. When I told her I would find a different pharmacy, she snapped back and asked if wanted to know if this location even had the prescription in stock. No! I couldn't bear to endure another engagement with this woman! It's sad that I would rather drive around to 10 more pharmacies than have to deal with this rude, rude, RUDE individual. I am never one to publicly complain, but this was my breaking point. I was so angry with her that I couldn't even tell her "thank you" as I walked away (which, being a southern woman, is basically a sin). As for the Target location, it is wonderful, but I truly hope that they reconsider this ill-mannered woman's position before she runs this business into the ground!
