Young lady didn't get my order correct and they wouldn't fix it, manager said "well im sorry we already made it" n charged me for the wrong order

The lady at the front speaking was really rude she said my husband has a strong accent and she couldn’t hear us at all. Good food but very bad service.

My grandkids and I went out for lunch at Wendy's it was amazing they messed up the order and we was able to get the correct order plus keep the order that was wrong and don't forget the strawberry frosting they said it's for a limited time only so I'm going to let you tell me how good it is 😊

The female Jamaican manager at night is demeaning and a piece of cheap. She talks to her workers like they are below her. She would be fired if I managed her and I’m just a secret shopper. Don’t go at night because it will break your heart in how she speaks to people. And the Spanish guy who was at the drive through, don’t give up. Evil people don’t last long. (She wasn’t rude to me, listening to how loud she was, and how nasty her mouth got caught my attention) New manager needed.

Slow and it wasn't that busy and then the fries are such a disappointment use to be real good. But the #1burger was slapped together and sloppy. Not all Wendy's the same but give this one a miss Wendinites.

Decent location. Never crowded. Friendly staff. Always willing to help you get exactly what you want. And plenty of parking in the front and back. Also a 24 hour drive thru for people on the go.

This is the large fries I ordered with no salt it was the only thing I ordered. Rather than RE-DROPPING them in the fryer TO WASH OFF THE SALT they gave me it with salt. Now look at the picture where the rest of the fries I ordered ???? Guess there is a potato shortage or lazy employees who doesn’t want to prepare the orders requested by the customer. It’s so ridiculous for such a simply order I was less than satisfied an I am sure nobody cares in management in fact pat on the back good job shorting the customer employees of the year from management.

Giving 1 star cause I cant give 0. I've been sitting here for 20 minutes already nd my food is not ready the people that have gotten the food keep coming back to the counter because the order is wrong. Staff not good at what they do. They call that garbage in the pic a baconator. First and last time here. Wendy's needs to check restaurants.

Worst fast food restaurant experience I've had. From the moment that i walked in, line was out the door around 3pm on a weekday as there was only one person taking orders, and on top of that with a bad attitude. Smell of this place was terrible, garbage cans piled up to the top, dirty everywhere, etc.....see pictures.

This was my dinner stop during first few weeks in Miami. Loved the southwest avacado salad and their nuggets. All in all i loved this place for good food, services can be improved little bit and hence i couldn't give it a 5 star.
