We went here today to get a switch oled and the place never opened. We waited for 3 hours standing outside the location. They had the open sign turned on and the lights inside were on. What kind of business are you trying to run here?

Ashland gamestops are a whole different store than most. I have never seen a place automatically find reasons to not accept a trade in that was accepted at another store. Told my friend I'll try it down here and just like we thought they wouldn't and gave one of the weirdest excuses for an item that originally came from a Gamestop. Some of the staff is really nice and some are extremely rude and evasive. I recommend going to a Gamestop in the next closest town.

Great staff, store had a great selection of products that are in a layout that makes finding what your looking for very easy and presents other items so they might catch your eye so that buy them too. My only complaint is there seems to be a shortage of PS4 controllers both new and used since I have been unable to get my hands on one for awhile now.

It's got a large selection, problem is it's never OPEN! I've been there a half dozen times during operation times, only 2 see a sign on the door that says they'll be back in like an hour or its closed for remodeling. Staff is helpful too but none of that matters if your door is constantly locked. Just go to the one in the mall, much smaller but it's always open and the staff in much nicer.
