John Jett is a liar, so much so he had my original review taken down. Well, I’ll just keep putting up the truth. He doesn’t care about his franchisees, lies about the help corporate gives you, and don’t you dare let him tell you they have never closed a store. He even admits that he ignores new store owners because they are annoying g when they call in for help. Lies, all lies. He is all about the money. Eugene was ok, but he died before our store was completed. Eugene was obviously the brains, and John the left over Babagoul from last years Christmas party. Here is your well deserved one star review.

Let me say this…. We’ve been ordering from Jets for at least 4 years without even thinking twice about another pizza restaurant. I have two near me with the location on Ryan/10 mile being closest but we choose Ryan/12 mile bc we have always gotten fresh, hot, and very good pizza. A few months(3-4) back we ordered a pizza from Jets Ryan/12, it was awful. I literally could not eat it. I usually don’t complain but we spent like $45-$50 so it was a disappointment and a waste of money. I called and let them know, they gladly offered a credit and we were pleased with Jets righting there wrong. Well, after a long work week my hubby or myself didn’t feel like cooking so we elected to order a pizza, our go. Jets 10 extra pizza, cheese bread. Cinnamon sticks. Listen. IT WAS AWFUL!!!! In fact my hubby and i both got sick, stomach was extremely gassy, we both had diarrhea. I did not feed it to my son for fear of him getting sick.I made the call to inform the store, they offered a 1/2 credit. I wanted a full refund. They refused. Everything was old and stale not to mention extremely skimpy on the topics. And of course, I ordered and paid for extra cheese and it was not given to me. I made it very clear that i was extremely unhappy with their decision and we will not be patronizing Jets again, not Ryan/12 or any other Jets!

Our Jets at 18 Mile and ryan is Great. The food is great and the staff is friendly. I just wish you would bring the blt pizza back it's our favorite and no one else makes it as good.

Very dissatisfied. Used to be best pizza around now they're just another pizza joint. Ordered small thin crust expected it to be cut in squares (wasn't corporate change), and overpriced $15.00.

I was very disappointed with my pizza that I had the other day. This was the second time I had ordered pizza from them with in the last two years. Both times they ere tasteless, very light on the toppings. They are over priced,even when they have specials it is more than the competitions.that will be my last time I order from jets. Hungry howies has the best deep dish pizza, you always get plenty of toppings

Use to be the best. Now it's just ridiculous prices and an app that fails constantly. Then you have to call to place the order and argue with some 18 year old "manager" that doesn't want to honor coupon prices, and tell you how you have to call the company that made the app to get your money back, because their "app isn't Jets." I worked as a store manager for Jets for 6 years. Since Eugene passed, it's become a true corporation.

Jets has to have the worst customer service ever. Want you to contact the store owner. Good luck! Sent my pizzas out with a customer that had took them out to his truck, opened the boxes realized that he had received the wrong order ,brought them back in as I was standing by the register, while the girl working was looking for my order, Then the customer walked back inside and had asked if I was Joe,then stated that my pizzas had looked good,the girl at the register started to ring out my order and expected me to buy the product after it left the store. ,in disbelief I was floored that they would have even try to resell a product that had left the building. Contacted the store and office to no satisfaction no one at either location contacted me. All I can say is that I am thankful I had arrived a bit early or the store would have given me a comprised product. There are many independent owners of pizza stores, I prefer to give my money to them that take pride in the product they provide, and work hard for customer loyalty as they try to sustain a business where the corporate world is trying to destroy.

Today I tried to order a pizza and on the Jets Pizza Website I saw that there was a promotion coupon for 20% off if you text your order in. So I tried to text my order in and I received a link back to complete the order. When I went to complete the order, I notices that there were additional items in my order that I did not order. I also noticed that the items I ordered were wrong. So I called my local jets for help and the manager told me that he could not help me as he has never used this service. So I contacted Jets Customer Service and the representative told me that she could connect me to a voice mail where I could leave a message for my concern or I could fill a form out. I asked what about my pizza order today, she said I am sorry but there is nothing I can do for you. So I contacted my local Dominos and placed an order. This was the worst customer service I have ever had. I have been a reward member with Jets and now after this experience I will never go back to Jets Pizza. If this is how the company advertises and doesn't honor their ads then I don't need to waste my money with them. Very Very Poor Customer Relations!!!!!

Ordered 70 dollars worth of pizza for my family to only have it delivered burned. Called them for over an hour and nobody is answering the phone. So my husband comes home and I drives up there. The door was locked and a man looks at me and turn around and walked away. Then a lady looks at me. They Ignoring me now. So I called again while I'm standing at the door. No answer. All I wanted was my pizza to be remade or give me a refund. I'm highly upset at jets in Clinton Township. They could have came to the door and said something to me instead of ignoring me

Mitch from the Vine Street location in Lansing took good care of us, unlike the Cedar Street manager, who said it was against company policy to give out his name, even though he was a manager. Mitch was very professional & his team made the absolute best pizza & cheese sticks ever! Unlike the burnt dry stuff Cedar Street location sent out. Will definitely go the extra distance to pick up my pizza from Vine Street, because Cedar Street SUCKS!!! Awful poor service from management. Vine Street is the best! Thanks Mitch!
