Every step of the process was easy to understand. All staff were nice and one even helped buckle my 5 yr old son up while I was buckling up my 2 yr old son. While waiting my 3 children were able to color in coloring books that were in the waiting area. The entire facility was clean.

They are the friendliest dealership for service I have ever been to. I give them 4 stars only bc a light came on in my car this morning saying it’s time for my service and I was there less than a week ago. I bought my vehicle just over a year ago and I’m not interested in trading it in AND they are relentless with calls, emails, etc trying to forcefully sell me another. I know what I want and when I want to get it. At a certain point it just feels like harassment, and that makes me think I don’t want to buy there again. I do absolutely love my Nissan Rogue though.

Salesman and finance manager attempted to force me to purchase an extended warranty for my vehicle. I was told when it was time to sign paperwork for financing that because they discounted the initial price of the vehicle by $2,000 from 47,500 to 45,500, I would have to purchase the $3000 extended warranty ( even though the vehicle'sprice was already$5000 over msrp due to "fair market adjustments"). I said absolutely not. I was told the price of the vehicle would be $45,500 NOT 45,500 AND AN ADDITIONAL WARRANTY. This practice is commonly referred to as "payment packing" and is grossly unethical.
