I can't really fault the employees but it is very frustrating to be told that more of my calls will go through and my service will improve if I sign up for a higher priced plan. Basically said I get a higher priority if I pay more. Also not a big fan of the creative financing they do on new phones. You Basically do not have an option to buy or pay a phone off early or they penalize you. I replaced my phone but only out of frustration and desperation.

I went into Russell Cellular thinking it was Verizon. The employees were really nice in helping me with what they could, and directing me where to go with other problems I was having with billing and assisting where they could. Laura and Caleb were very nice and helpful.

Everything was amazing and all questions answered. Saved me money and an awesome representative that made my experience worth while. When upgrading a phone one needs to know, there will be a cost. That's just life when upgrading to anything. This place saved me money and helped my upgrade an awesome experience. Very nice and knowledgeable employees. Have to say the best Version experience I have ever had.

We went in to put my plan on a good friends plan to save me money each month. We walked out with two new I phone 13. They were very good deals and our phones were getting old. Customer service was great. We are very happy with Verizon.
