Excellent service. Usually in and out of oil changes in under an hour. I bought a truck that developed a shimmy at around 130k miles. They replaced the transmission under their drivetrain warranty. All I had to pay was a $100 deductible. One of the most hassle free experiences I've had.

We went to the wrong bldg as it was being remodeled. A very nice man came out and told us where we needed to go. We went to the correct bldg and again we were greeted by another nice man who took us right where we needed to be. We received great service and will definitely return.

SUPER satisfied with my 2016 GMC Terrain! Gabe was my sales rep! He was very helpful in finding a small SUV that suited me! It was my first time ever buying anything new! He was the first person to greet my husband and I! Highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with this place. My daughter and son n law went in there to buy a newer truck and right off the sales men told him they would have to have a lot of money to get a new truck. Never asked about what they could afford or even checked to see if they could get approved. He automatically assumed they couldn't afford it. When he can afford it and he has perfect credit. I thought sales men make commission, big loss for you and we will definitely take our business somewhere else. Shouldn't judge a book by its cover!!!

Service desk people are nice. Service itself was poor. 4.5 hours from start to finish for an oil change and rotate. In that amount of time they still didn’t manage to reset the tpms locations or inflate the tires. They may do fine on small cars, but trucks are not their thing. Pricing is also high. They said they gave me a$50 discount since it took so long, but after that it was still $16 more than I’ve normally seen.

Very professional and customer service was an A++!!! This was my first visit to this location and everyone was most helpful. I am an 80+ year old female so the nice treatment was appreciated .Debbie Termer , service advisor was fantastic in keeping me in formed on the procedures and cost estimate----she is a valuable employee!! I appreciated that the problem could be taken care of and I did not have to come back at a later date.

Gabe was the sales rep that assisted me in purchasing our family vehicle. We had just had our last baby in 1/17/22 and had been looking around for a while when I found the Dodge Journey at the Glasgow dealership website. Gabe was very helpful.
