Second time for an oil change and detail. Missing items from vehicle which I’ve been told they would check to see if they are still there. Have yet to hear back from them. Dropped off vehicle at 8:00 AM and was supposed to have back at 12:00-1:00. Did not get it back until almost 5:00. Will be looking to take to another dealer next time service is due.

I have to give one star but I don’t like it. My SUV was brought in bc of a busted caliper. The noise can be heard with the AC on high and windows rolled up. I picked up the vehicle two days later and after a $996 service bill I can only surmise my vehicle was just moved from inside to outside bc the noise is just as bad after picking it up as it was the morning I dropped it off. I attempted to contact someone at Bill Cole three separate times but have yet to get a callback!

This project started rough. To start with the lady that works in the service department about took my hood off turning into the service lane because it was 0758 in the morning. Then they sent me across the street to the fast lane to get my 20,000 mile oil change on my 2020 f350. They quoted me $487.00 before tax. This is downright theft! South Point Ford was $235.00 before tax for the same product. If it sounds wrong, it probably is. Thats a bad neighbor.

Terrible customer service. If you look and pay attention, 90% of the positive reviews on here are employees. Went in for service on a vehicle & the tech wrecked it pulling it out of the garage. Then only told me they’d give me 10% off any vehicle on the lot. Did not want to fix mine. Had to fight and fight with them over this.

I had a recall repair, and warranty work. The first contact they tried to ignore the warranty all together. The second contact they tried to say the warranty company wouldn't cover it all. I called the warranty company and they said they approved everything that was submitted. I did not share this with the dealership. They called back a third time and said the warranty company wouldn't cover more now but there were still trying to get extra money out of me. Very shady business. I will never return.

Took my explorer there ford a random misfire, they called and stated it needed 2 coil packs and 3 spark plugs. I arrived to pick it up and paid a 950 dollar bill. When I left the dealership the car started missing immediately. Took the car back and found out they didn’t even test drive the vehicle the whole week they had it. They looked at the car again and stated it need two injectors. They installed two injectors and the car still misses and throws a check engine light. I had to pay another 500 to get my car. The car is still not fixed and misses at 70 on the interstate. When the car starts to miss in goes into limp mode and loses all power. So basically I paid 1600 to bill cole ford for nothing. So just be aware that if they don’t fix your car you still have to pay them for doing nothing.
