Had a great experience buying from them. Found the vehicle online, and we live over an hour away but Devin was very helpful and quick to respond. Once we were ready to seal the deal, Bruce got us through all the paperwork much faster than we expected. No surprise fees or similar BS that many dealers try to pull. I've only had the vehicle for a couple days, but no nasty surprises with it either. Vehicle was at a no-haggle price, but I verified the price history and confirmed the sale price was very reasonable. These guys are straight-shooters, and if you live in Louisville you'll probably get a much better deal driving out to Ray's than you'd find anywhere in the city. Thanks, guys!

I'm traveling around the US from Texas and recently my new 2022 F350 broke down in Hartford, KY. Ray's Ford was the only dealer in a 60 mile radius of Hartford that would accept my vehicle for an emergency warranty repair. Once at the facility, the Service Department did an outstanding job in repairing my truck within 24 hours and they even offered to perform my initial 10,000 mile service while it was in the shop. The Service Advisor Lauren went above and beyond trying to secure transportation options for me from Hartford to Bandenburg in order to pick up my truck once the repair and service was completed. I received outstanding customer service from the entire Ray's Ford Service Department. Thank you!

I used to love going here because my oil chsnges were 40.00 other ford dealerahips charged me 80.....they did increase their pruce and didnt bother to inform me of this in advance.. i was told the increase was due to computer updates...thats kind of a dumb pathetic reason to increase the price..i doubt i will go back
