Pharmaceutical staff is Rude. Long lines. Never answer the phone. I ended transferring my scripts

This establishment had the drive thru closed at 5:54 pm when the hours posted says they’re open until 6:00 pm. We honked the horn and absolutely no one acknowledged us. I went into the store and the automatic gate was closed, the female technician saw me looking in and she proceeds to duck down and hide from me. I immediately said that I will be reporting this establishment for closing early then the pharmacist asked for my date of birth and how will I be paying, etc. Absolutely ridiculous to close early on your behalf. I will also phone corporate in the morning as well.

Absolutely the worse CVS I have ever used. I will be switching my medication across town before I wait this long for a script you text me and said was ready. Doesn’t even seem like they care, new pharmacy manager is needed severely.

I have reviewed this place before I believe and they still are the worst pharmacy ever. I am sitting in the drive thru now for 25 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription that has been ready for days. I can't pick up because the lines in drive thru are terribly long. I don't know if they need better organization skills or what but this is the only pharmacy that I have to wait excessive amounts of time at. If my insurance didn't make me use Caremark, I def would not come here and I def do not recommend this CVS....Just terrible.

Didn’t fill the prescription because it wasn’t covered by insurance, didn’t call and tell me it was going to be $11.99 because as the pharmacy tech said”well some people don’t have 11.99” then had to wait an hour to get it ready after them having the script for 2 days.

My very first visit, they mis-filled my medication with the wrong form (for example, capsules instead of tablets). I didn't notice until I was halfway home, so I battled rush-hour traffic to go back. I tried calling them but got no answer (I figured they must be very busy). I get there, and there are only two other customers physically in the pharmacy. I watched as they completely ignored phone call after phone call from people with whatever their healthcare need may have been. I had to explain to the pharmacist 2-3 times and show them proof that what was in the bottle wasn't what the label indicated. That rubbed me the wrong way, but I thought "mistakes do happen." I haven't had too many issues actually receiving my medication, but the one star is for their lack of customer service skills. I walk up and nobody even looks up from whatever they're working on. I stood there right in front of the pharmacist for maybe 30 seconds without even a simple acknowledgement. I attempted to make myself known, and the pharmacist tells me "hold on," as I was trying to tell her important info that the pharmacy would need to know concerning my medication. I waited a bit and again tried. This time was a more forceful "hold on!" I didn't say anything, just kind of sat there wondering why they're at this job if they either hate it so much, or if they think they're on such a high pedestal that they don't have to worry about the most basic rules of courteous human interaction. Every time I walk up, if someone does notice me, it's with a look of disdain and being bothered by my presence. Today was the last time I'll ever set foot into this particular pharmacy. I sure do miss Walgreens; while they're not perfect, they're definitely better than CVS with customer service (not all stores, but in my experience, overall). Not to mention, there was a language barrier with aforementioned pharmacist and another customer. The lady didn't understand the pharmacist, so the pharmacist proceeded to talk very loudly and slowly this time, just spouting out key words. I was blown away that they let this person have the keys to a very busy pharmacy with hundreds or thousands of interactions daily. My BCBS/Caremark insurance forced me to use CVS in the first place. This company has a near monopoly on pharmacy insurance, and with each other insurance company that is taken over by CVS, more and more people are being given NO choice at all in which pharmacy they would like to use. When I'm eligible to switch insurances, I'll do so quickly.

This has got to be the worst CVS I've been to. The pharmacist techs if you want to call them that will make decisions on their own without reaching out to you to confirm first. They're so caught up in their own conversations that will ignore people in the drive through or actually do their job of filling prescriptions. If you're in any sort of hurry for your medication I would advise that you go elsewhere, even if your prescription is "ready" be prepared to wait at least 30 minutes whether you're in the drivethrough or in line. Its better to go to a pharmacy 20 minutes away than to wait around for these people. They're a joke and should not be providing any sort of service to anyone.

If I could give zero stars I would! This is by far the worst pharmacy you could ever go to.. Stay far far far away from this God awful place. Noone does their job nor cares about anyone coming in to get there medications. All staff are rude and unprofessional. You drop off a prescription good luck getting it in the hour your told it would take to be ready, takes 2-3 days to get anything done here. They take it upon themselves to cancel your prescription and decide when and if they feel like filling your prescriptions and tell you some basic unjustified answer as to why it's not ready. I have also reported them to the Texas State Board and the BBB! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!

Worst CVS in Houston. Poor management and organization. They send you text to pick up prescriptions and when you get there they are not ready. Or text you to call to speak to the pharmacist and they don’t answer the phone. And they continue to fill prescriptions that have been discontinued. Maybe because they are offering vaccine and COVID testing. Maybe they should just fill prescriptions only at this location. 15411 Wallisville Rd.

Pharmacy and a lot more. They carry a wide variety of products, Just on the outside I can see that they sell propane, bags of ice and they have a redbox. And if you happen to need a navy federal ATM they have one of those inside. You can check your blood pressure. They have everything that you would expect in a pharmacy. The staff is friendly. They do have a drive-through. They're conveniently located just minutes from Sam Houston toll road (beltway 8 North of I-10) On wallisville road
