As usual, this Casey's has no food available. No matter what time you walk into this store, it is barely stocked, no food is made, and employees are no where to be found. I'm a big fan of Casey's and don't understand why the Paris store is so horribly managed. Never have such problems at Murray, Camden, Mckenzie, or New Johnsonville.

We ordered 2 pizzas today, 10/06/22,. When we arrived to pick th up we were informed that the worker "forgot" to make the pizzas. A person has one job to make the pizzas and can't even do that. This is the second time this has happened to us

This store does not honor their own discount codes!! I put in a order for a couple pizzas and they canceled every one of them and said they can't use my code! They called and were very rude and unprofessional! They are lazy and just don't want to work. They need new employees! Extremely rude. Never going back!

this is the first time I have ordered and will be the last time! I ordered chicken fingers, so overcooked and hard i had to throw away...bought ice cream, it had thawed and refrozen and was only 3/4 full. I had it delivered so couldn't take it back , no car and I was not going to pay another delivery charge

The Casey's in Dresden had friendly staff and great pizza. Stopped at one in Paris and it was ridiculous! The staff was rude and didn't help at all. They had a special and I asked about it.. The lady said that they were "too busy". I asked the other lady back there and she shouted across work area to a lady that was on her phone and pointed at me...that lady held phone down and said for me to "go online". She then got back on her phone. I left and will not go back there, even for gas.

Called to order a pizza and pay over the phone..because the last time the pizza wasn't cooked. THE MANAGER handed off a call to a new employee.. when I asked to speak to the manager.. she refused to tell.me who she was.. and then hung up on me.. and didn't call me back when I called back ... I will not be picking up that pizza I was ordering...

Casey's is becoming one of my favorite gas stations here in town. I love some of their pastries especially play The Pecan croissant that tastes like pecan pie when warmed up. The staff is always very friendly I don't eat the deli I guess you would call it food very often but when I do it's always pretty good. I definitely recommend it
