This Walgreens has been located in Weslayan Plaza for many years. I remember shopping here over twenty years ago when I worked CompUSA. I like this store. It's clean and well lighted with good merchandise presentation and few out of stocks. The store is well staffed with friendly and helpful associates.

Do I feel like a valued regular customer here, no. Do I feel like the focus of their attention when I am at the pharmacy requiring help with my prescription, NEVER. This Walgreens location is why I switched to CVS. The pharmacy staff treats me like a number every time I try to give them my family’s business. They should consider new training in order to help align the employee behavior with the interest of their customers.

I noticed purchases items missing once I got home. It’s wasn’t worth going back. Not that they would be helpful after cause so much extra trouble and effort...

Pharmacy was a horrible experience. The ladies were rude and seemed clueless about insurance. Refused to call my doctor about my prescription and then asked me to leave the line as I had to call and relay their questions for them to my doctor. Instead of paying $400 for my prescription I went to the CVS on Kirby and got it for $50 no trouble. Save your time end money, go anywhere else
