Prices posted are not prices charged. I shouldn't have to argue for a dollar when the price is clearly displayed. I will go elsewhere for quick stops because this is neither quick nor honest.

I love this cvs and always come here. All the employees are great and the store manager Kevin is very welcoming and helpful HOWEVER, the employee Natalia is very annoying and rude. I was being helped at the cashier with Kevin who did a wonderful job informing about the deal i was getting and out of no where Natalia comes and starts saying my coupon shouldn’t be accepted even though the machine accepted. She ruined my experience.

Man, third time I buy two bags of Lindor chocolates here and third time I realize at home that they are half melted and all squashed and mangled…no kidding they were on sale… if they are old and in bad shape you should just throw them out…

Took a covid test and waited 3 days to be told the test was inconclusive due to unsatisfactory. The pharmacy is unorganized and unreliable for testing. Go somewhere else for accurate testing.

Trouble with the register pulling up the coupons from my account at the self checkout. But I was helped quickly and checked out with a staff member that fixed it for me. Very good location. Extremely pleasant and helpful staff.

I was hoping I could pick up my son’s cold medicine in the drive through along with my prescription here, but they told me I had to go inside to get it. Since I had a sick child waiting in the car I needed to get in and out quickly with his cold medicine, but apparently you can’t buy children’s Benadryl without showing your ID. I waited and waited for some employee, any employee, to help me as the self checkout machine screamed I needed to wait for assistance, but the cashier was laughing it up with two old people and completely ignored me. But like I said, I had a sick child in my car and couldn’t wait all day for them to eventually get to me so I threw everything back and left and went to Walgreens across the street, where they actually had employees working and had well stocked shelves. Avoid this CVS if costumer service is something you value.

When I went up front to check out about 30 minutes ago, there was nobody up front. There were self- checkouts available. I did not want to use these self-checkout because I believe in keeping humans employed. I pressed the button on the cashier's counter for cashier service. A female employee came over and I told her what I would like. She asked if I was paying cash or credit. I told her credit. She said she would assist me at the self-checkout. When I told her that that completely destroyed what I was going for, she said she understood but she was not allowed to check me out at her own register; that they are being trained to take care of customers at the self-checkout if it is a credit card purchase. When I told her I did not want her help at the self-checkout, that I wanted her to be behind her counter at her register, she said she was not allowed to do that. When I said I would not like that, she said that I had no choice. I said, "yes, I do!" and then proceeded to leave the building. As I was leaving, she shouted at me, "Everyone's going that way. Soon you're not going to have a choice!" I tried to contact customer service by phone but they are currently closed. CVS has permanently lost my business.
