When my 2021 truck broke down while I was 9 hours away from home visiting my new grandbaby, I had to get home. The service at this location was absolutely amazing. They made a very upsetting stressful day as easy as possible for me. You guys are great! Thank you so much!

I usually go to the airport to rent cars but the last time I went to Ashland. I called I. The morning to make sure that I was picking up a full size car. They said yes. When I got there I had two options a Silverado that didn’t have running boards and I’m short so it was hard to get in and out. Not to mention I would be putting at 1000 miles on and the gas mileage was terrible. It had a half a tank to start or a minivan. Neither was what expected. So I took the Silverado and drove to Chicago. At high speeds the front wheel would wobble. It was uncomfortable and unsafe. When I got to Chicago I went to an exterior use there and ended up with a small Nissan. Smaller than the standard I paid for. The brakes were grinding and halfway home the light came on that it needed an oil change. Do they took my points for a free day took 100 off my bill. No sorry nothing. I am so dissatisfied. I drove through many dark roads with no service being a woman. I rent cars for trips expecting them to be in good shape to make a trip by myself. This time I was nervous both ways. I will think twice before renting again which is a shame since I do it almost every other month. They think it’s no big deal but there are reasons we ask for certain cars at certain times. Very upset

I made a reservation on08/24/22 for a ‘pick-up’ truck to be picked up at 08:00hrs on 08/25/22. Got a confirmation email from them. When I Got to the location at 08:25hrs, the receptionist says there’s no truck available. I have an appointment at 09:00hrs, now I have no truck. This is unacceptable service. I’m very disappointed!! If there was a -(star) I would have selected that.

If I could give this rating -000 I would ! So a friend was in Ashland and put an SUV on hold for me I was to confirm ! When ai called they had no clue or information on me so I continued to reserve yet another one In Ashland Ky. . Had to be for 8 people I was told I would have a luxury 8 passenger. SUV ! So my fiends get a call day before trip to see if I was gonna keep and want a vehicle I called and explained they had no record of me so I rented another one they said yes one here and one in a Huntington which I did not Do. I was on Phone In Ashland clencher they told me I could pick up at 9 am because I had a long trip and a deadline said you can be here at 8:30 when we open now they tell me I can’t pick it up till 11 at either place uh no! After being placed on hold several times manager comes back to say I am try to help you out says that someone is to bring one back at 10:30 if not I can get a 15 passenger van. After all that I said no I shouldn’t be in this mess anyway after 30 mins or longer she comes back and says we’ll I can get you one in Ashland at 10:30 we’ll we already did that 10:30 to 11:00 is to late so I cancelled go to hertz or Avis if you can this was horrible service and I am done !! Needless to say we will be driving 2 cars tomorrow bad bad bad

Good cheap rental the young guy and the lady who works there are great they are very helpful, they upgraded me to a nice SUV which worked out perfect even though I thought I needed a truck and didn't, they cleaned the inside up quickly for me and we went on our way, I go to this over the others in the area, they have gotten better since the last time I rented from them and they did well then also

Honestly, the Ashland location saved our entire vacation! We originally rented a car from the Grayson location but upon arrival no one was there, no car was ready for us, we were in the dark. Panicking bc we NEEDED this rental that day to make our vacation. Terrible service! But thankfully Ashland location came through clutch with an awesome representative named Mason Rutherford! He was able to secure us a rental within 30 mins, was pleasant to work with, and honored our pricing via our rental agreement on the app. The rental car was 2020 Chevy Malibu, beautiful car, saved us so much money on gas, was cleaned very well, we loved it! We can’t thank him enough and the Ashland KY location! He definitely deserves a raise and if u are ever renting from here ask for Mason! Also props to his manager for honoring the pricing as well! No push back and we was treated with respect! Thank you all!

When I contacted enterprise, I was told the type of vehicle I would get based off the standard size suv that I rented. Upon arriving to pick up my rental. I got a jeep cherokee limited.( which was absolutely tiny) my subaru has just as much space. The rotors were so warped when you would brake the whole car would shake, the windshield wipers were so bad you couldn't see when using them. One headlight was out, I understand most of this is normal maintenance that happens with vehicles. But don't compare a Nissan pathfinder/acadia/highlander to a jeep cherokee limited. The next rental class up wasn't available so i couldnt upgrade if i wanted to. But i chose what i did bc i was told thats what i would get and i didnt get anything close to it. We were extremely crammed on space for vacation. All around it was a horrible experience renting a car.

During Covid, SOME local employees preferred shouting at customers without reason. In this part of the US, people don't comply with (or ignore) such behavior. Management apologized to me, but more than a few people took their business elsewhere.

I booked an SUV and then went into the local store to ask a few questions prior to the day of rental. One of those questions was about picking the vehicle up and how to do that in the quickest way possible as I would have to come quickly on my lunch break at work. That was handled and we had no problems there. I also asked a specific time to pick the car up and let them know that I could only take my break when all of my nurses and patients were settled for a while as I’m a charge nurse and can’t usually leave campus. I was told that as long I was there before closing that it was no big deal. When I went back to actually pick up my rental SUV I was told that because I wasn’t there by noon that they had cancelled my reservation and given my SUV to someone else. I was told they didn’t have anything for me to drive and that if I would just postpone my trip for a day then they would try to have one there for me the following day. This was not a “fun” trip and definitely couldn’t be postponed. After standing my ground that I HAD to have a car to drive, explaining that I had even taken extra steps to make sure the process would be quick and that I could come whenever I was able to and even offering to drive 40 minutes to another location to get an SUV, I think they finally just wanted me to leave and said they could probably let me drive one of their vans and figure something else out for the customer supposed to be getting that van. Definitely did not want a van or I would have booked a van, but I had no other option at this point. The van ran terribly and I was worried it wouldn’t even make to my destination and back. It was “missing” quite a bit while driving and I’m fairly certain it had a bubble in a tire as the drive was not smooth at all. I have used enterprise for the last few rentals I’ve gotten and so have my friends and family but after this experience with not even an apology and the local store acting as if I did something wrong rather than it 100% being their fault, we will all be looking into the other local companies.
