Made a reservation in Maysville. Miss Tiffany was to lazy, to secure my rental. Nor did she make any effort to fix the issue. Needless to say she set my planned vacation back a day. She was more worried about taking her lunch on the day of pick up. With her boyfriend than doing her job. Might I add I booked with her 2 weeks in advance. I had to drive 2 hours out of my way, the day of pick up. At least Alex at the Georgetown KY store came through. I was very disappointed because I have booked with the Maysville Enterprise more than once. This was my 2nd dealing with Tiffany. Before I booked with the previous store managers/employee. While picking my son up early that day from school. I learned that I wasn't the only person that's had issues with Tiffany. Another friend ended up having Thier down payment refunded. Because she didn't have the vehicle,they requested. So much added stress and disappointment. Ecspecially since I have kids.

Was having a perfectly calm and professional disagreement with a female employee there over insurance not wanting to pay what was originally stated. They wanted to charge me the difference which I said no to, and then she threatened to and I quote "report the car stolen". I obviously was not please with the threat, ask for her manager. Then her manger said no one was threatening me and hung up on me. I simply disagreed with this lady, and did nothing to warrant this reaction. I have one other bad review I have ever left for a company, 99% or my reviews are 5 stars. I also believe threatening to make a criminal complaint to the police to influence and action of another, is it self unlawful.

Told me insurance had pre-paid from 2/14 - 3/05. Insurance stoped paying on the 25th but they didn't contact me about it till well after that until 3/8 Young lady call to tell me they were going to charge my card an extra $450. I said know and I am going to pay for the 3 day that were not "pre-paid". She said she would report the car stolen.......... Ask to speak to her manager, she hung up on me. I confronted the manager when I brought the car back, and she told me the lady that had first called me told her I was refusing to pay and that I said "I wouldn't bring the car back." There is no branch manager and I have tried multiply time to have the regional manger call me over 2 weeks, and have not received a call back. This is unacceptable behavior.

I highly recommend this enterprise location. Merona is an especially capable manager who got me into a car and was accommodating with my vehicle related request and circumstances that day. Lisa, an associate, was kind and easy to work with, as well. Thank you both, and I will utilize your business next time if I am in G-Town. Good people!

I had wrecked my car due to inclement weather and was prepared to go through mountains of paperwork to be able to get back to work, but these guys made the process unbelievably simple. The rental was nice and clean, and kept me warm while I navigated trying to get to work and shopping for a new vehicle. Thanks to Enterprise, I was able to find a new car at a nearby auto sales place, and even dropped the rental off at a different branch to save time. Will be using them from now on.

Update- I sent the requested email in their response and have yet to hear back from anyone. Great customer service......* I called and reserved a car to be picked up at 1:30. I was getting a ride to the location when someone called and simply said “we are really backed up and I don’t have a car for you. I’ll call you when I do”. I informed the gentleman that I was almost there, and he scoffed “almost an hour early”. Yes, sir..... almost an hour early because clearly I don’t have a car (mine is in the shop- which is why I need a rental), and I’m at the mercy of others to get me there and an hour early is what was convenient for this person. I told him I had a reservation, and I didn’t understand- and he simply said, “I don’t have a car for you, I have your number and will call you when I do”. No thanks- I’ll use a company that values my time and business a little more.

We were in a bit of a bind because our car broke down. We were 6 hours away from home and 4 hours away from our destination. The agent was very accommodating, and got us a vehicle ready in no time. Very pleased with the service and care.

Excellent experience with Enterprise Rent A Car when recently having car repairs done. The representatives worked with my insurance adjusters to make sure that I was provided with reliable transportation. Customer service was exceptional, and they treated me like a valued customer. Pick up and delivery was timely and safe. All of this during the pandemic was remarkable.

I've been dealing with these folks for quite some time, vehicles have all been great rentals, customer service has been amazing.... I would have rated 5 stars but didn't for this reason below; They are very short staffed, which has put 2 assistant managers in a horrible mood which is therefore passed on to customers.... The last 2 times I was there, all employees were great towards me but the 2 assistant managers were hateful, short, and quite frankly rude! This I'm told is just aggravation from being short staffed!

I've had very good service with enterprise in the past with no issues. Though the last 2 times I've rented, I've reserved online and when I've got there they didn't have the car I reserved. I reserve full size all the time. Last 2 times I was down graded and this last rental I was upgraded to a small SUV but ended up spend more money in gas because of it. I spoke with manager and she said when I rent the next time to call just before I'm due to come in and tell them I want what I reserved only, no down grades or upgrades. Which is OK but why do they not have the vehicles there that they know are being rented?? Other then that, I will still continue to rent from enterprise.
