Alot promblems going here. First of all when you walk in the place stinks. Smells like old socks and body odor . Then I had to wait 10 min for someone to help me.When I called they told me it be 254 for 3 days. I asked for a mid-sized car. The one they tried to give me was tiny. Then had right when I was going pay said oh we need a 300 deposit. You just now saying that. Would not suggest this place.

Good Afternoon, I am at the Enterprise located at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601. I am extremely disappointed with the service. I was informed a vehicle would be ready at 2pm Monday September 12. I arrived at the Enterprise at 1320 Versailles Rd Kentucky 40601 and I was told there remains 3 customers ahead of Me. My question is why was I not informed prior to arriving at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601? I was told "we were going to call you"! However, no one did. I live in Frankfort it takes 12 minutes to arrive at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601. I do not feel as if there was any care for effective communication between customers and employees. I asked if I could wait in the office and I was told " it could be hours". Why? I am not allowed to sit and wait in the office. I noticed management has changed because prior to this incident the last time I was at the Enterprise located at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601 I was treated with respect, friendliness, kindness, care, and candor. I would like the opportunity to comprehend the lack of enthusiasm and equality for the treatment of customers. Josh is the manager in charge today at 1:06 pm at 1320 Versailles Rd Frankfort Kentucky 40601.

WORST PLACE EVER TO RENT A VEHICLE. WE STILL HAVE NOT GOT OUR 300 DEPOSIT BACK AND AFTER SEVERAL CALL TO CUSTOMER SERVICE STILL NO CALL BACK FROM THE SUPERVISOR!! NO EMPLOYEE ON SITE CAN SEEM TO ANSWER OUR QUESTIONS! WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER CONDUCTED BUSINESS WITH!

I had previously given Enterprise of Frankfort a bad review due to a bad experience....actually, HORRIBLE! The new Manager there Joshua is fantastic! And the staff there whom I spoke to via the phone, all very professional. They are definitely back in my good graces.

Not so happy. I made reservations by phone for a full size pickup truck on a Friday by the 800 number. The lady confirmed they had the truck. SATURDAY at 9 am when they opened they didn't have it. They rented it out sometime Friday The staff at the Frankfort facility located another truck in Georgetown so we drove to pick it up. Not the way I wanted to spend my Saturday driving around to pick up my truck. WHY do you get sent to some off site 800 number when you call the local branch? Why was my full size truck rented out before I arrived? Not the first time Enterprise has done this. Need to fix their system if you hold a rental they should hold your car until you pick it up...not give it away before you arrive. Thanks to local staff for all their help in locating me a truck.

I am not happy at all with this branch in particular. I had to make a reservation through the reservation hotline due to a high demand for rental cars, no big deal at all. I was able to reserve a standard SUV. I told the person taking my reservation I was paying with a debit card, as I have done several times in the past, which I was told was perfectly fine. The day of my pick up I was told by the gentleman working that only a credit card could be used to rent that particular type of vehicle I reserved and I would have to go with something smaller if I wanted to use my debit card. This would not work for me and my family as we wanted the comfort and space of something other than a car. We had to walk away and we're forced to cancel our trip. I just don't understand why it was a big deal to use a debit card to rent the vehicle we wanted, it's all money right? Very disappointed and will not recommend Enterprise to anyone anymore.

To whom it may concern: The Frankfort KY office was courteous and extremely professional. The only concern was the astronomical prices. I spent $80 per day on an economy vehicle that easily cost $30-35 per day. In these times of uncertainty where people are in dire need to travel via highway, it seems like this is a time where Enterprise could accommodate at a more affordable rate. You may want to let your marketing and finance team know that Southwest offers $49 roundtrips. Please bring your rates down so loyal customers such as myself can continue to do business with Enterprise.

Enterprise is usually a good company to rent from, but I did not have a good experience with the office in Frankfort, KY. The gentleman picked me up and while returning to the office indicated the windshield was dirty and he would clean it when we got back to the office. We arrived at the office where he approached me 4 times about purchasing additional insurance from him. When I advised him that I had enough insurance 4 times he turned & went into the office. He did not come back out so the windshield remained dirty. In fact, I don't know that the car that I got had not just been returned & not sanitized at a. Poor business prospective!

First let me say I love and have used Enterprise for years, however my most recent experience was less than good. I reserved at the location in Frankfort, KY several days in advance, this is not a location I usually use but due to my schedule it was the best option. When I arrived they told me they may not have a car for me??? I had to wait over 25 minutes for my car as they rented to several customers without reservations that had arrived just before me? I don't understand why a walk-in would take priority over a reservation? When my car was presented it was after closing time, as well as my reserved pick up time and getting dark outside, freshly returned and washed. The service manager handed me the keys and asked me to sign off in the tablet with the contract. At my normal location they walk around the car and point out damage and it is noted in the paperwork, they start the car and also verify the fuel levels. I asked about the walk around to look for damage together but I was told they had already complete the inspection during the wash and I was good to go. It wasn't until after I left and stopped for dinner that I noticed the condition of the inside of the car. It was discussing! They may have run it through a car wash but the inside had not been cleaned. I will never rent from tgis location again!
