5 Best restaurant in Ashland, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Showed up at 8:30pm, closes at 9:00pm. As me and wife enters to facility, there was a comment made that it was 8:30 as the employee was inconvenienced by us showing up then. Another man and young girl came in which the same comment was made, they were using the restroom. Employee was very short with us and appeared to not want to serve us. Very disappointing. Will probably select a different Subway next time. ~Mitch

My husband and I along with a friend and the baby all went here today. First off the place was dirty. Second the food was severely nasty the baby was trying to eat this cheese stick that is pictured which was brick hard on the inside. When we told the lady up front about it she actually had the nerve to say it was no big deal. Umm excuse me ma'am u wouldn't had been saying that if my child would have gotten choked. Smdh this place needs to be shut down where is the health department. ~Charlieandtisha

I guess everyone is cutting back on portion sizes but damn,I don't think there was any chicken in my chicken sandwich. Don't get me wrong I have always loved the 5 dollar foot long but now it's 10 and smaller. Very disappointing. ~Bill

Staff was awesome! Stand alone restaurant, easy to get to. The food is great, because it's Subway. The order I placed was a bit confusing, because I was a bit confused ordering for 3 people that did not give me a lot of information, but the staff was super patient, had the best attitude and really helped me figure out the order I was trying to place. ~_cicinwad_

Always fresh hot food. Pleasant employees. Parking: Very busy store. Ample parking. Wheelchair accessibility: It was accessible until you got to the doors. They are push/pull which is difficult if you are in a chair. Automatic would be much better. ~Connie
