Best telecommunications service provider in Ashland, Kentucky (KY) 2024

Was helped very quickly. The sales representative was very knowledgeable and helped me with what I wanted to do. He did not push things on me that I did not need, he helped me determine exactly what I needed and that is what I went with. Not a lot of extra money spent on things I didn’t need. Savannah and Sunny -Russell, Ky store - were absolutely the most helpful att employees we have ever dealt with! Not only were they professional and knowledgeable , they were patient, friendly and very kind to answer any and all of our questions. They did all of this in a timely and efficient manner. I will tell everyone to go to their store!! If I could give them a 10 I would! Please acknowledge them! ~Tammy

There is an appalling lack of customer service and competence within this Russell Road, Russell, KY location. On two occasions within a six week period, Spectrum's main customer service number directed me to go to this local office, once to pick up equipment and once to return equipment that was mistakenly sent to me. Each time I asked for confirmation that the office location would be able to help me before making time from my schedule to drive there. Both times when I arrived, the local workers told me that they could not and would not fulfill the task, even though agents at the main customer service number had assured me they would. They also tried to cast blame on the headquarters for referring me to them in the first place---utterly and completely unprofessional. On both occasions I was there, there were at least 3-4 workers and no more than one other customer, sometimes none. After these visits, it's easy to see why. In the future, if I cannot fulfill my needs through the main customer service number, online, or by mail, I will look for a new service provider. ~Penny
