There is an appalling lack of customer service and competence within this Russell Road, Russell, KY location. On two occasions within a six week period, Spectrum's main customer service number directed me to go to this local office, once to pick up equipment and once to return equipment that was mistakenly sent to me. Each time I asked for confirmation that the office location would be able to help me before making time from my schedule to drive there. Both times when I arrived, the local workers told me that they could not and would not fulfill the task, even though agents at the main customer service number had assured me they would. They also tried to cast blame on the headquarters for referring me to them in the first place---utterly and completely unprofessional. On both occasions I was there, there were at least 3-4 workers and no more than one other customer, sometimes none. After these visits, it's easy to see why. In the future, if I cannot fulfill my needs through the main customer service number, online, or by mail, I will look for a new service provider. ~Penny
